Foi uma experiência maravilhosa voluntariar com uma equipe super entrosada e me senti abraçada por todos... trocamos ideia, curtimos, jogamos, nos apoiamos no trabalho e fora dele, fizemos refeições juntos.. tudo com muito afeto e respeito com o espaço e jeito do outro! sou muito grata por tudo, principalmente pela amizade que fizemos! <3

Lembrando que essa avaliação é referente ao meu voluntariado no Porto das Palmeiras, onde o Flávio também é o anfitrião. Instalações e refeições nota 10, mas acho que o voluntariado seria melhor se os horários mudassem semanalmente. Infelizmente, trabalhei todos os fins de semana à noite até a chegada de uma nova voluntária, quando pude trocar, pois segundo o gerente quem deve fazer a escalas somos nós, mas tem gente que só pensa em si mesmo. Além disso, acho que algumas questões devem ser discutidas pessoalmente em vez de via WhatsApp e o gerente deveria saber dialogar sem levantar a voz.

O hostel é oficialmente minha casa em Salvador. Experiência ímpar, vivendo com pessoas com um coração que não cabe dentro delas. o hostel acaba não sendo apenas uma experiência de voluntariado pela Worldpackers, mas sim uma família... Feliz demais por ter passado por aqui. Voltarei sempre! ❤️ Grande beijo pra Tainá, Deividinho, Militão, Maria Ester, Pauda, Simba, Nala e todos os irmãos de brinde. Amo esse lugar que vocês construíram.
