The Experience
Volunteering at the hostel involves helping out at the bar for 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. The volunteer team consists of 4 to 5 people, creating a cozy and friendly environment. The atmosphere at the hostel is very relaxed and always cheerful. Since the schedule is only 6 hours a day, you’ll have the rest of your time to either chill at the hostel or go out and explore the beautiful city of Antigua, perfect to connect with other travelers <3

Volunteering in the hostel is an amazing experience. All the people there make you feel like home! Charlie,Alonso,Raquel,estuardo and Eric really make this experience worthwhile! The job doesn't feel like a job, you meet a lot of travellers and you practise your Spanish. Overall recommend! A home away from home! ❤️

A very beautiful and well organized hostel to live in while we were exploring Antigua. Working for a few hours was not a big deal because the people working there, the provided meals, drinks and activities made everything worthy. Especially the staff of the hostel where ordinary yet unique people and it was my pleasure to be around them. The 5 hour work might some time be strange to arrange some activities, but the 2 days off kept the balance. In the near or far future I would love to go back as a guest or a volunteer.

I had such a fun and crazy 3 weeks at the hostel and felt like family by the end, Alonso and all of the staff were so welcoming and i always felt like part of the team from the start. Very social role and youre always involved so i met so many interesting people from all over the world. You get a free meal every shift and there are plenty of showers and toilets. The shifts are good hours so theres plenty of time to explore Antigua and do Acetenango or the bar crawls on your days off.

The hostel was one of the best experiences I've had. Everyone who works there was so friendly and welcoming. From the first day I felt included and part of the team. It's super fun and you get to meet people from all over the world as well as locals. It's very social and there's always something going on. I'd recommend anyone to volunteer here if they want to make friends and experience the nightlife of Antigua! I'm going to miss being here and I'm so thankful to alonso and all the other bartenders who made me feel at home!

The hostel is the most social hostel in the city, a lot of fun and drinks. Also in a perfect position right in the middle of Antigua, so is easy to walk around and discover the place. All the staff is fucking friendly, such a vibe.
