This was an amazing experience. Such a beautiful school built from scratch by samshir. My stay was super in the eastern style mansion. And it so lovely to share time with all these kids

It was a great experience, full of happiness, peace, and a connection with nature. The children are very sweet and intelligent. Shamser, Khrisna, all the teachers, and Didi's are super friendly. It gave me the opportunity to teach yoga, learn about the culture, and it also has a wonderful views and great energy. I also shared time with many volunteers, which allowed me to understand each person's perspective on life. I felt at home, each child embraces you with their soul and allows you to grow as a person. Help with construction, gardening, social media, yoga. धन्यवाद, धेरै आशीर्वाद "PNEUMA"

Shamser is a passionate and super friendly host who lives for his the school. What an achievement and impact his school the school have on the local community can not be underestimated, and it was my priviledge to become a small contribution to his life project. He shows respect to each persons needs and knows how to motivate his teachers and his volunteers. The team of volunteers, under his kind guidance, become very quickly friends for life as his enthusiasm is contagious. I have had 2 magnificent weeks in the Marigold school and would love to come back one day. Don't hesitate! Go! 🙏❤️🇳🇵

My experience at the school Hills School was phenomenal. It's clear to see the love and dedication that Shamser and the volunteer team have for the children. You help wherever the school needs support, whether that's in the nursery, covering classes, or even helping with construction. The “work” felt incredibly rewarding and I always wanted to do more. The villagers were wonderfully kind and made me feel like part of a big family during my stay. The whole experience was deeply immersive in Nepali culture, and I would highly recommend it to anyone interestested.

The kids are fun to be around and I feel like I'm contributing to a bigger cause: high quality, free, and non-violent education in Nepal! The school is set in a quaint mountain village surrounded by mountains and hills. I also met other amazing volunteers :)
