IT das a very good Experience! I met a lot of people, made friends and improved my italian and english. You learn to work as a team and the tasks are aletas Clean and respected. As soon as you enter through the Queen Hostel's doors, ypu realize it is a unique place, the vibe you feel immediately makes you feel at home, which you really do. It was my first volunteering experience, and, for me, it would be one that never ended. I was a volunteer at the bar and although the highly paced environment and a lot of work we had almost every night, you can still enjoy the vibe and all the fun around the bar's area. Also, the staff is very nice and understanding and will help you with everything you need.

It's been nice here at the hostel! I immediately felt home with the people working here!!! they welcomed me and have been there for me all the time! Even the volounteers were nice, all of them, no matter if sometimes we had something to tell to each other, this is how living together works, we have to try to respect each other to not have problems. I tried to respect people and if sometimes they didnt feel respected I want to Say that I tried my best! by the way, in general, It was fun and an opportunity to learn to work with people as a team. I also would like to thank Rafaela and Renato.

A hostel located in the heart of the city that provides easy access to all the city's tourist attractions, enhancing the experience that is already great. The hostess Maysa is extremely attentive and is always willing to help with any demand that arises. With an excellent structure and a structured team, the stay at the hostel was very fun and full of learning.

My experience in the hostel was nice. The bar and the facilities are super good and I could party a lot with guests. The breakfast is great and they let you eat it during the day and not only in the morning, which is good to save some money because Milan is a expansive city. If you're gonna work with housekeeping be prepared, cause it's not easy. You can get super tired and go out later than expected, but this change every day, there was some days we could go out early too, all depends in the quantity of guests. I recommend this experience if you enjoy the big city vibe and party all week

My experience with Queen Hostel has been absolutely amazing! My decision to volunteer while in Milan was somewhat last minute, but I could not imagine having a better introduction to Italy than what the Queen Hostel Crew gave me! That's what really makes this place awesome; the people. The owners, every volunteer, and every staff member made me feel at home from the second I walked in the door. I'm extremely glad I chose Queen Hostel; future volunteers, you will be too!

Wou! This is the best expression I can use to describe my experience at Queen Hostel. My time there was incredible, all the people on the hostel team, volunteers and guests are amaizing. The work is intense but at the same level is the entertainment of the parties inside the hostel. (WORK HARD, PLAY HARD) Definitely recommend this experience for all travelers who want to meet other people from around the world, have fun and enjoy Milan's nights.

It was really great first experience, so glad I was part of it. Month and a half passed in a blink of an eye. Met so many great people from staff, to volunteers and guests. Work is well organised and you are expected to work as an employee does. But it's all under great atmosphere and your time is respected. If you need help or have problem or questions, there are always people ready for it. Nights can get pretty crowded so there is always something to do and someone to meet. I recommend it for everyone that want to learn something new, have fun, meet tons of people and experience Italy 😊

It was an unbelievable experience, i field i had a family at the hostel, all of them are really kind, friendly and they help you with anything you need, now i have a place where i can go back to visit friend and have good time with them, i really recommend Queen Hostal, the best one in Milan. I go back for sure but this time like a guest.
