My experience at the hostel was awesome! It was my first volunteering trip and it was really fun. I did the housekeeping which is kinda hard, but with good conversations and music, time goes pretty fast. I really enjoyed my time with the staff and the others volunteers, the vibe was amazing. Spending all this time with same people was awesome, I created lots of friendships! The hostel is absolutely beautiful, the washrooms, the kitchen, the dorms, everything is very clean! I would recommend:)

The hostel was seriously so so amazing! I met so many amazing people that I feel I will be friends with for a long long time. I was able to experience so much more than I had ever hoped for. Everyone was so so nice. Wish I could stay longer! Thank you the hostel!

I really appreciated my time in the hostel!! My position was really nice because I could work at the bar, reception and breakfast (the last one you have to work harder, but is still ok). The installations are good and you can enjoy the breakfast and also the basic food that they provide (very nice for worldpackers). Just be “careful” with one thing: the bar!! You have a great discount what can make you stay just in the hostel, enjoying the young and cool atmosphere, with amazing people! Thank you for everything, the hostel and staff! “Bora, migos!”.

The hostel was one of the best experiences I had in my life. the hostel structure is excellent, we have a room for volunteers with good beds, the shower is really good. we have breakfast and some supplies to eat during the day provided by the hostel. As for work, it is very organized and easy to learn. for sure if you like to party and make new friends here is the right place, the hostel has events on several days of the week, a very busy bar and an incredible atmosphere. Regarding the staff, they are wonderful people, a welcoming and very united team, I am especially grateful to Maysa.

The hostel was my firts experience as a volunteer in a hostel and it was amazing. Most of the people there made me feel at home. Manager Maysa is always willing to do everything she can to help the volunteers feel welcome and have fun during our stay. The tasks can sometimes be difficult, but it definitely worth every moment I had there. Plus, we have some foods avaliable during all day long and if you are a party person, you won't find a better place than the hostel.

I had the best time in the hostel! My trip unfortunately had to get cut short and the management couldn't have been more understanding. Mayesa and Vitoria are the best “bosses”. The facilities are 100%. Great kitchen/ bedroom and washroom. And the bar area has a very good vibe all day long. The work is not difficult. I was on the breakfast shift and it was great as you got to meet all the guests that you'd be socialising with later on in the day. I've made some friends I'll keep for life and loved my short stay here. I'll definitely be back!

Queen (now the hostel) was my home for two months and I couldn't have choose a better place to stay. The whole staff was simply amazing, hands down to Maysa, Vitoria and Renato, who always made me feel at home. Tereza and Francesco (the owners) were also very friendly and welcoming. This was my first time volunteering and my first time doing housekeeping, it's a hard work, but it's possible to get through it with some music and some laughs, we work the 30 hours per week as agreed and the time off was always respected. It's an amazing environment for making new friends. Thank you, the hostel!

The hostel is an amazing place to be, the people are what make the experience special, you feel like a part of the crew from the first day your arrive, the work is easy enough, Maysa will always try to make sure you are looked after and any worries you might have will be her worries too, lovely people there, will go back one day for sure

The experience in the hostel was spectacular!!! The staff is extremely welcoming, and we all got along very well. This hostel felt like home for a few month and I can't be grateful enough with everyone. I will forever remember the people that I met here. Wasn't only a great social experience, but was also the perfect opportunity to learn new tasks in the working world, since the work entailed a lot of responsibility and concentration sometimes. <3

This is a five star hostel for sure! The staff is welcoming and friendly. The facilities are beautiful and useful. The common areas are large and comfortable and you can have lots of fun with the daily activities offered at the hostel. The volunteers are very well respected by Maysa, the manager, and she's always willing to talk to and help us. We also have some free food offered by the hostel at any time we need, besides the amazing breakfast. I'm glad I was part of this amazing team for some time. Here you work hard, but it's absolutely worth it. I'm gonna miss this place.
