First time volunteering in a hostel, it was a very good experience, I had a lot of fun, met amazing people and made good memories. The hostel is well located in the city center, there are subway, tram and bus all very close. It is quite big, clean, the big kitchen has all the necessary to cook. The volunteers have a good amount of food to use for free, plus 50% discount at the bar for everything. All volunteers (about 10 people) sleep together in a shared dorm, everyone has a personal cupboard. The staff is welcoming and try to do the best to solve any problem. I recommend this experience

My time at the hostel was absolutely amazing! The staff were very welcoming and supportive and the hostel itself was very well kept. The ground floor of the hostel is a bar so having fun was never an issue! The volunteers I shared the room with became like family and we all traveled , went out to eat and explored Milan together ! I worked as the night receptionist 5 times a week for 6 hours a shift. The work required checking in and assisting guests, doing laundry and clearing the kitchen. Overall, It was an amazing experience !! I definitely recommend! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you the hostel :)

O hostel foi uma casa! Fui bem recebida desde o primeiro dia com um croissant e um café marroquino feito pela Giovana. A Rafaela e o Renato sao chefes maravilhosos que se comprometem em deixar tudo organizado e ao mesmo tempo sao amigos para conversar, sair e se divertir. O hostel tem uma energia maravilhosa, e todo dia tem algo para fazer que ajuda a se enturmar com as pessoas e fazer amizades. Sobre o housekeeping, faziamos camas e limpavamos o quarto, que davam mais ou menos 4 horas de trabalho, é cansativo mas nada de outro mundo, porque se tem muito tempo livre.

The hostel has a very good structure, a large social area and a great bathroom and kitchen structure. The staff were very welcoming and Rafa was amazing from day one. For those who like parties and busy nights, you will love the hostel, there is always a schedule. Thanks to everyone who welcomed me there.

This was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't have wished for a better one. From the moment I walked in everyone was extremely welcoming so I immediately felt at home. I worked at the bar which was very nice because you get to talk to a lot of people. If you're a social person who likes fun, meeting new people and going out, then this place is definitely the place for you! Working hours and tasks were always respected and if you ever need something, the person responsible for the volunteers (Rafaela) will listen and help you. I really did have a great time at the hostel.

A experiência no hostel foi incrível. Pessoal aqui é super amigável, alegre e sempre em clima de festa. Passei por todas as tarefas do hostel e o trabalho é muito tranquilo, a gente consegue fazer um intervalo no meio do shift. Eles nos fornecem o básico dos alimentos e podemos comer a vontade durante todo o dia. Além de descontos em tudo que é vendido no lugar. A gente desfruta dos mesmos espaços que os guests, o que facilita a interação com os viajantes. As noites são sempre muito animadas, com vários eventos e muita diversão. An incredible pleasure to be part of this family.

This was my first volunteer experience and it made me absolutely love this way of traveling! From the beginning, the team was welcoming and ready to help, as well as the other volunteers. The hostel facilities are great, they're always clean and cozy, but there are a few things that need maintenance. I stayed for two months, so I had many different roles, and I learned so much! From doing check-ins to making beds, and even preparing cocktails! Being able to learn new skills while having an immersion with many cultures was very important for me, and I'm ready for the next experiences =D

Foi uma ótima experiência voluntariar no hostel. Ótima estrutura, boa localização. Fui recebido muito bem pelo staff, sempre atenciosos e dispostos a ajudarem! É um hostel grande e organizado. Possuem várias atividades durante a noite e diversão de sobra. Muito obrigado!

I had a great time at the hostel! the crew of volunteers and workers are all people i consider good friends now and I am so grateful for the experience. working reception and bar you meet lots of guests as well.

I had an amazing time working at the hostel!! The staff is super nice, everything is very organized, food is included, depending on your job it can be hard work but if you are up for a challenge. They also have fun events like karaoke night or game night which is a great way to socialize.But in the end it's all worth it because you meet amazing people and create friendships that will last a lifetime:) Would 100% recommend this hostel :)
