The experience in the hostel was spectacular!!! The staff is extremely welcoming, and we all got along very well. This hostel felt like home for a few month and I can't be grateful enough with everyone. I will forever remember the people that I met here. Wasn't only a great social experience, but was also the perfect opportunity to learn new tasks in the working world, since the work entailed a lot of responsibility and concentration sometimes. <3

This is a five star hostel for sure! The staff is welcoming and friendly. The facilities are beautiful and useful. The common areas are large and comfortable and you can have lots of fun with the daily activities offered at the hostel. The volunteers are very well respected by Maysa, the manager, and she's always willing to talk to and help us. We also have some free food offered by the hostel at any time we need, besides the amazing breakfast. I'm glad I was part of this amazing team for some time. Here you work hard, but it's absolutely worth it. I'm gonna miss this place.

IT das a very good Experience! I met a lot of people, made friends and improved my italian and english. You learn to work as a team and the tasks are aletas Clean and respected. With the two days off you can travel a lot!! Thanks a lot yo all the team of queen hostel. I have a lot of fun!!! I wish see you again!

As soon as you enter through the Queen Hostel's doors, ypu realize it is a unique place, the vibe you feel immediately makes you feel at home, which you really do. It was my first volunteering experience, and, for me, it would be one that never ended. I was a volunteer at the bar and although the highly paced environment and a lot of work we had almost every night, you can still enjoy the vibe and all the fun around the bar's area. Also, the staff is very nice and understanding and will help you with everything you need.

It's been nice here at the hostel! I immediately felt home with the people working here!!! they welcomed me and have been there for me all the time! Even the volounteers were nice, all of them, no matter if sometimes we had something to tell to each other, this is how living together works, we have to try to respect each other to not have problems. I tried to respect people and if sometimes they didnt feel respected I want to Say that I tried my best! by the way, in general, It was fun and an opportunity to learn to work with people as a team. I also would like to thank Rafaela and Renato.

A experiência no hostel foi boa, as tarefas e os horários de trabalho são respeitados. As instalações são ótimas e a localização também. Toda a equipe do hostel foi sempre gentil e agradável. Maysa e Renato (responsáveis pelos voluntários) estiveram sempre disponíveis, abertos e preocupados com nosso bem estar. Um ponto negativo é que eles tem poucos voluntários para a quantidade de tarefas. O hostel é grande e o housekeeping/cleaning é feito apenas pelos voluntários, o que torna o trabalho excessivo e prejudicou um pouco minha experiência. Obrigada a toda a equipe o hostel. ❤️🌹

A hostel located in the heart of the city that provides easy access to all the city's tourist attractions, enhancing the experience that is already great. The hostess Maysa is extremely attentive and is always willing to help with any demand that arises. With an excellent structure and a structured team, the stay at the hostel was very fun and full of learning.

Mi cargo allí era de Housekeeping. Recomiendo este voluntariado a quienes les gusta la fiesta, los hostales con muchísima gente y socializar harto de noche, pero no lo recomiendo para quienes quieran salir temprano o ir ver atracciones turísticas con límite de tiempo (por ejemplo hay museos que cierran temprano). En general se trabaja harto, más de lo que se debiese trabajar como voluntario y por eso muchas veces no queda energía en la tarde, incluso si terminábamos antes las tareas ya estaba demasiado exhausta y quería solo dormir para salir de noche.

My experience in the hostel was nice. The bar and the facilities are super good and I could party a lot with guests. The breakfast is great and they let you eat it during the day and not only in the morning, which is good to save some money because Milan is a expansive city. If you're gonna work with housekeeping be prepared, cause it's not easy. You can get super tired and go out later than expected, but this change every day, there was some days we could go out early too, all depends in the quantity of guests. I recommend this experience if you enjoy the big city vibe and party all week

This experience was amazing! No words to describe how much I learned in these two months. To all the staff who started with me in September, I want to thank you for the opportunity to be part of the team. and I made great friendships. I want to go back to Milan to say hello to the hostel
