I've immensely enjoyed my first volunteering experience at the hostel, and now I'm afraid it has set the bar too high. Before arriving, I wasn't sure I'd feel comfortable in such an unusual setup, but I got immersed in life there very quickly by meeting other volunteers during our shifts and joining their fun activities. Everyone was welcoming and happy to explain everything to me. Sharing a room wasn't a problem either, as the bed curtains offered privacy. The work itself wasn't too demanding, and even the physically tougher parts were fun because we got to do them together as a team.

This was my first hostel stay and my first time volunteering at a hostel, and it set the bar very high. The team was welcoming, supportive, and kind from the very beginning. This applied not only to the volunteers but also to the guests. I truly enjoyed my time at the hostel and have yet to find another place that compares. The work schedule was posted in advance so you always knew your shifts and days off. This made it easy to plan your time effectively. If you needed to switch shifts, it was possible, which added flexibility throughout your stay.

Amazing experience! I enjoyed every part of my time at the hostel. The work is not hard at all and every member of the staff is always willing to teach you and help you with any task. The schedule is clear and flexible. But the best part is the team, every person I met at the hostel made me feel welcome and part of the family. Special thank you for Stephanie the manager, who ceaselessly works to make the hostel a better place for everyone. Thanks a lot!
