I enjoy a lot this experience. the farm is a great person and she has two beautiful cats. In this volunteer I learned a lot about the place, I connected with the nature, I saw many animals and I was able to live in nature. I really enjoyed the manual and artistic activities and met new wonderful volunteers. I helped make videos too and enjoyed that experience. If you want to connect with nature I recommend the experience. Alter do Chão has some beautiful beaches and a mountain that you should visit. 🍀😎

My stay in the farm's house was good! it was my first experience as a packer and my first time in the North and Amazon rainforest. What I liked the most is the fact that you work just 3h un the morning, the rest of the day is free. The house is 35 mins walking from the city center, but is duable. You will cross a neighborhood that is the B-side of Alter do Chão, so you'll see a very local environment, meet the natives and understand better the local reality. We were 2 volunteers at the same time so I had company and often we walked together to the center, picking cajus from the trees on our way!

The farm é uma anfitriã acolhedora . A estadia em sua casa foi muito importante para me conectar a natureza e recarregar minhas forças. Tive a oportunidade de cuidar e observar a melhora de saúde do Mirô, um cachorrinho que ela adotou . Ela foi flexível em relação aos horários das tarefas e se importou em me apresentar os locais em Alter do Chão.

Mi experiencia en cada de the farm fue muy buena. Ella es muy amable con los voluntarios, dedica su energía, su tiempo y espacio para organizar muy bien las actividades diarias, además de acompañarte a disfrutar del pueblo maravilloso en el que vive. La visitan muchos animales salvajes porque cuida de los árboles para mantener el corredor biológico. Cosas para que tengan en cuenta: La casa queda lejos del pueblo y la playa. La comida en las tiendas puede ser bastante costosa, sobretodo los vegetales.

The farm es una mujer muy amable y respetuosa, predispuesta a ayudarte a conocer el lugar, considerada con las necesidades de los viajeros, flexible y ofrece lo que tiene para dar, me sentí muy cómodo en su casa. Agradezco inmensamente esa experiencia.
