Volunteering here was a very unique experience. It was super social and I met friends from around the world while enjoying the guest house days and getting immersed in life in Split. As a promoter, each workday was split into two shifts (2 hrs each), with some days spent on the guest house. I was here at the start of the season, so things like accommodation and communication from management were a bit unorganized sometimes, but it's probably more streamlined during peak tourist season. Volunteering as a the guest house promoter and working on the guest house with the guest house crew was one of the most exciting and unique experiences I've had! Every day brought something new—whether it was meeting people from around the world, laying on the beach with the crew, or partying out on the water. My experience with the guest house was truly unforgettable. Split and the amazing people I met through this experience will forever have a special place in my heart.

I came in the off season so I didn't have too much to do but we walked around town talking to tourists and finding different ways to see if they would be open to the guest house. We did this a few days of the week and then went on the guest house and got free drinks and to hang out. We also helped clean up and pass out shots. Overall, I met the greatest group of people and this has truly been one of the best experiences of my life. My only note is that communication could be a bit better, I felt like it wasn't legit for a while. However, it was legit and amazing.

I had such an amazing time volunteering with the guest house! The work is very simple and the guest house days are definitely the highlight of the job. If you are extroverted and like to the guest house, this is the place for you! Hannah and Marco were great hosts. By the end of the month, our team was a little family. It was an experience I'll never forget!

My experience in the guest house was incredible, I really reccomend it for someone who wants to have an incredible month full of partying and having fun. You definitely have to like partying, but if you do you're in the right place!! the hours for social media manager are not bad at all and you get to be on the guest house twice or 3 times a week and there is so much fun. There are also many others volounteers so it's super easy to make friends who become like a family.
