I totally recommend volunteering with the guest house, one of the best summers of my life! I lived in a house with some amazing fellow travellers and made some friends for life! The hours are flexible and the work is chill. The days you spend on the guest house are so much fun! If you like to the guest house, this is the place for you!!!!

I can't say enough about how amazing this experience was from start to finish. Hannah, Marco, and the rest of the team help made this a truly unforgettable experience. I am a very social person, but my role as a promoter helped me unlock skills that I never thought I had before. I had the best month with bps!! Hannah and Marco were both great hosts and did everything in their power to make sure all us volunteers were comfortable and had everything we needed. The work itself wasn't difficult, and majority of the time you're only working in the mornings and evenings, so you have mid day free to do whatever you want. I would definitely recommend this experience if you're someone who's outgoing and likes to chat with new people.

I had such an amazing experience with the guest house. The accommodation was recently renovated, and was right in the city center which was so convenient. The hours were super easy, still had so much time to explore, go to the beach, etc. We got our schedule for the whole week every Sunday so could also plan to do stuff on the day off. Overall was just such a great experience and I became so close with everyone else there.

Volunteering here was a very unique experience. It was super social and I met friends from around the world while enjoying the guest house days and getting immersed in life in Split. As a promoter, each workday was split into two shifts (2 hrs each), with some days spent on the guest house. I was here at the start of the season, so things like accommodation and communication from management were a bit unorganized sometimes, but it's probably more streamlined during peak tourist season. Volunteering as a the guest house promoter and working on the guest house with the guest house crew was one of the most exciting and unique experiences I've had! Every day brought something new—whether it was meeting people from around the world, laying on the beach with the crew, or partying out on the water. My experience with the guest house was truly unforgettable. Split and the amazing people I met through this experience will forever have a special place in my heart.

The experience in Split was very good. The city is beautiful, and you have free time to explore it. They were very respectful of the agreed schedules. The tasks were simple and just as discussed, cleaning the place where the pre-the guest house was held and sometimes the guest house. We worked directly with Juancho, who was an excellent host and pretty much the only person we had contact with, as the teams are very segmented. The house was about a 40-minute walk from the location. Thanks for the opportunity! And especially to Juancho for all his kindness. :)

We spent two weeks in Split helping Juancho with cleaning and organizing the guest house and the “InBox” office. He was the person we worked with directly, as we didn't have much contact with the rest of the team. He was super kind, attentive, and organized (10/10!), gave us daily tasks, and always cared about our well-being. We felt the teams were quite divided: on one side, us; on the other, the guest house crew. Personally, I didn't feel very integrated. The accommodation was a 40-minute walk. Overall, a positive experience if you're looking for something more independent.
