Volunteering at the hostel as a social guide was amazing! It allowed me to connect to amazing people from all around the world and explore the island: outstanding beaches, amazing sunsets, fortresses, abandoned villages, and vibrant nightlife! The routine can be intense, but if you have the social energy in you, go for it! Luca, the hostel manager, is the best: super friendly, supportive, and comprehensive, she makes you feel at home! The staff was awesome, and the position had amazing benefits. I'll never forget the guests often saying: this is the best hostel I've ever been to! <3

Julia was truly heart and soul of our hostel during her stay. Her positive energy and professional attitude towards our guests and among our team was incredible. She is very sociable and hardworking person and very flexible and proactive regarding every tasks. Our guests loved to hang out with her and to explore the nature and night life of the island. She is very organized, proactive and skilled regarding social activities and any other tasks including check ins and maintaining the hostel facilities. It was a pleasure to have her as a part of our team as a great colleague and a true friend.

This was such a great experience. If you have ever wondered what it would be like to live and work on a beautiful island this is a great way to find out. Hvar is an experience and I really look forward to coming back. Dink and Luca are a blast to work for and work with. They respect hours, are very friendly and communicate very well. I will miss everyone I worked with on a personal level. Hvar holds a place in my heart as the best time in my life.

The best place! The staff are amazing and fun and always listen if you have any concerns. The work is straightforward and explained really well , I would 100% recommend volunteering here :)

My experience in Dinks place was amazing! Great place, lovely team! Main task was reception and I learned so much about it! I felt like a home here and the town of Hvar is an absolute delight! Worth visiting I recommend this place for future volunteers, no doubt about it 😁
