My time at Cinamon the hostel was Honeslty so amazing. Was lucky enough to have a great group who I bonded with very quickly. I did have to cut my time short due to unforseen circumstances and Julius was super understanding and accomodating. It was my first volenteer experience so I didn't know what to expect but I will Honeslty cherish my time here forever. Something to consider though is the work can tend to be on the harder side, and I feel like it can be confronting if you don't have prior hospitality/ hostel experience. But overall worth it for the standards of the hostel itself!

My stay at the hostel was fantastic! The hostel is really welcoming and social, it's a great place where you'll have the opportunity to meet a lot of great people. Work can be a little disorganized at times, but for me it didn't affect the overall experience. Thank you all for everything, I have many beautiful memories here and for sure I will be back!

I've had the most wonderful time in this hostel: the people, the events, the atmosphere and every little adventure made it into an unforgettable experience. Also, Riga is an amazing city with so many things to explore. The work was sometimes adequate and even enjoyable, at other times it could get exhausting and a little bit confusing. I feel like the organization needs a little improvement and attentiveness, in order to offer a great experience to all the volunteers. Nevertheless, I still consider the hostel a magical place, one that everyone who loves traveling should get to know.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at the hostel! This is a cozy, comfortable, and social hostel full of the most kind and fun staff, volunteers, and guests. I felt right at home volunteering here, with fair work and working hours. I felt that I was valued and appreciated for my work by the grand majority of the staff. More than anything else, I made so many fulfilling connections and found a love for Latvian folk dancing! I'm so sad that my time at the hostel is over, I couldn't recommend volunteering here more:)

What an amazing experience I had at the hostel!! This hostel is just great, full of interesting, kind and friendly people, both staff and guests. I would repeat this experience tomorrow! The hostel has really good facilities and working hours were respected and adjusted to your needs. Its location is also perfect and free bikes and kayaks were very much appreciated. Thanks to everyone that contributed to make this volunteering experience so unforgettable, especially the other volunteers!

My experience in Riga couldn't have been better. I wasn't expecting to have such a great time there. Christian is awesome, he always try to help the volunteers and make things easy for us to make the most of our time there. The atmosphere with the rest of the volunteers and staff members is amazing, we had dinner together and made many different plans. The work is easy, and Christian adapts it to your preferences always if it's posible. You had plenty of free time to discover the city and the surrounding countries. I would recommend that experience to everybody. Thanks Christian for everything

I couldn't have asked for a better first Worldpackers experience - the work is fair and the other volunteers and staff are super friendly and welcoming! Your hours are respected and preferences for days off taken into account so you get loads of free time to explore Riga and the rest of Latvia. The hostel is also very cozy with a great social atmosphere so it's easy to meet a ton of interesting people. I loved the experience and would 100% recommend it to anyone! I didn't want to leave and will really miss the people I met during my time here :)

I have done numerous volunteerings all across the globe, but this one takes the crown in many ways. Very social atmosphere, excellent organisation and management of the job you have to do as a volunteer, really excellent. Cannot imagine any place better. Wish the team all the best.

The staff is lovely and welcoming, I felt comfortable with everyone quickly. The hours are respected and there's flexibility to request days off which they'll do their best to meet. You'll be shown what to do and there's a receptionist on while you're working if you have questions. There's lots of time to explore Riga, Latvia, and visit other places if you'd like. The breakfast is great. The Latvian folk dancing was especially a highlight for me! I recommend it :)

Thank you to the amazing team of the hotel everyone is so nice and careful, I really enjoyed my time in C the hostel as well as in Riga I loved discovering this country, which was totally unknown for me just a month ago. I will be forever grateful for this experience, for all the good mood the fun every travelers I met and so on. Thank you
