My stay at the hostel was truly wonderful and a perfect first Worldpackers experience. Julius made sure that we all had a very clear idea of what to do at all times, and was always available if we needed anything. He was also very generous and it was clear that he really wanted us to have a great experience. The administrators in the hostel are absolute stars - they are so hardworking and super welcoming, making you feel right at home. I also really found a family in the group of volunteers that I was with and that made my experience so special and unforgettable. Thank you so much Julius !

The hostel exceeded all my expectations for my first Worldpackers experience. The owner, Julius, is professional and generous, with high standards and a willingness to teach. The staff are incredibly friendly and will guide and welcome you. The work is 4.5 hours over 5 days, with fair shift allocation and flexibility. I did housekeeping but was always encouraged to run social activities like trivia and bar crawls. My advice is to just apply. It's a great learning opportunity at one of Europe's best hostels. Special thanks to my amazing volunteer cohort - you made it extremely special.

I have only good things to say about the hostel! Julius and the whole hostel team are such lovely people. From the very first day I felt truly welcome, and by the end I honestly wished I could stay longer. Julius is always available to answer questions and really takes your preferences into account, which makes the experience even better. The highlight of my time there, though, was definitely the volunteers and the wonderful people I got to meet. It felt like a family, and leaving was the hardest part.

My stay at the hostel was incredible, everyone was super nice and fun, from the other volunteers to the staff members. All of them made my stay absolutely unforgettable! The job it's easy and Julius always makes sure everyone's preferences are considered. It was great to have chosen this as my first volunteering experience. I totally recommend this hostel, so much I didn't even want to leave at the end of my stay!

The hostel felt like home! The team was awesome, collaborative, and I met so many wonderful guests during my stay. Julius always makes sure everyone's preferences are considered and he is flexible. The work was fun and I had plenty of free time to travel around Riga. I totally recommend this experience; it's the perfect place for any kind of person:)
