The hostel is located in a perfect spot in the city center and has a quiet and tidy environment. I am very grateful to Manager Reza for his training. I learned a lot from him and I have become more determined about my current career plan. I also hope he will succeed in the future. Best wishes to him. Every morning, I meet Hoster Mr. Salvo. He exudes a positive energy. He travels all over the world and you can feel his passion for work and his sharp business acumen. I met the coolest girl in the world, Alice, here. She made me feel that girls can help other girls.

My experience at the hostel and in Catania was truly lovely. I felt very comfortable at the hostel; the tasks were always as agreed, and there was good communication as well. I had free time to really immerse myself in the city. The staff, Salvo and Reza, were always very kind, without a doubt, a place I would recommend! 🍕🇮🇹🍝

I stayed at the hostel for 1 1/2 months and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! I instantly became friends with the other volunteers and can now say that they are probably friends for life. The work in the hostel isn't that hard either and when you make a mistake, nobody holds it against you but instead show you how to do it correctly, so the work atmosphere is really chill. I also really recommend this experience if you are a person who likes to go out, since the city truely comes to life at night! But even if not, this will be an amazing experience 10000%

I absolutely loved my time at UrbanPop! Salvo is absolutely wonderful and everything was just as I expected. This opportunity does require a decent amount of work, but I found it to be fair and it was very clear from the start exactly what I should expect. The hostel is clean, in a great location close to beaches and fun nightlife, and felt safe. Guests are generally older, but that was not a problem for me since I was working with other volunteers my age. Thank you so much Salvo and Reza for a great experience- I'll be back soon! :)
