The Experience
Our Hostel we shift more towards a shared house for the next six months so we are looking for someone to help us keep the house organised and help with checking in and helping guests whenever they need something.

The hostel, it's truly amazing, I always feel like home they were so good to me, and understand my situation everytime. The volunteer and staff team where my family during my staying we always take care of each other I never feel hungry during my staying at the hostel because I was all about sharing. Thanks for everything again Nayana and Oliver for being a great host.

O hostel é incrivel, meio na subida do bairro Santa Tereza, há 5 minutinhos a pé da Lapa. A casa é antiga mas as instalacoes sao boas. O ambiente tem um clima artístico e bem peculiar. Eles recebem muitos turistas estrangeiros toda semana e o café da manha é muito bom. A Nayana, uma das donas do Hostel, é simpatica e te deixa a vontade na casa, ela só prefere receber voluntarios que vao passar um tempo maior como uns 2 meses, o que faz sentido ja q ela tem que passar um mini treinamento para cada novato que chega.

Mi experiencia voluntariando en el hostel fue muy positiva. El recibimiento fue cálido, el hostel es espectacular y respetan los horarios. La cocina está bien equipada y ofrece beneficios únicos en comparación a otros hostels . Aprendí mucho, hice nuevos amigos y mejoré mi inglés y portugués. Sugiero estructurar mejor las tareas para optimizar el funcionamiento. ¡Lo recomiendo!

El hostel es una casa llena de energía y con gatitos hermosos. El barrio Santa Teresa es conocido por ser un barrio Bohemio, mi experiencia fue excelente y el anfitrión cumplió con lo acordado. Infelizmente no pude continuar más tiempo aunque volveré en otro momento. Recomiendo 100% este voluntariado, ideal para conocer la ciudad y sumergirse en el mundo carioca.
