Program Details

Upon arrival you will have a few training sessions in order to get familiarized with the system and to learn how to receive and treat guests. We expect that show up to your shifts on time and that you take the tasks seriously and responsibly. Whenever you need help you can contact the owner who will gladly help you. You will share a dorm with other volunteers, there are separate fridges and food storing space for the volunteers and you will have access to a stock of basic foods (noodles, rice, beans, tomato sauce etc). On your free days you can explore the city which has a lot to offer such as beaches, national parks, waterfalls and obviously a vibrant nightlife.

For now we are not offering a breakfast itself, but the volunteers get an weekly amount of food to cook and share.

Rules

- communication: Always be as transparent as possible no matter what the issue is. Be it if you have to swap your shift with another volunteer, if you want to get a few days off to go somewhere or when you make a mistake and need help to sort it out.
- food: I know this may sound obvious but unfortunately it isn't obvious for a lot of people: don't steal other people's food.
