This was my first volunteer experience and I couldn't have chossen a better one! All the staff and other volunteers were amazing! The tasks were really easy, your schedual is always respected, and everyone is really friendly! Gracias a todos!

This is a great hostel to volunteer at if you love a party and to have fun! The tasks were really straightforward, with most of the employed staff being nice and you can even earn a bit of money. Efrain was a lovely host, always putting our well-being first and always made sure we were welcomed by other volunteers and felt included. My only comments to be aware of is that this hostel allows smoking inside so be aware, Thanks Efrain, all the best!

I had a great month in Zagreb at the Timeout hostel. Working with all the staff is always fun and you will be able to meet a lot of other travellers. You will have time to explore the city and also party a lot. The work in the housekeeping, kitchen and bartending shifts is very simple and usually not stressful at all. Overall, I would definetly recommend this position, especially to rather social people.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel! The staff is truly amazing and the work is never too hard or exhausting. Working hours are always respected so you will have lots of free time to explore Zagreb or other cities nearby. It's very easy to meet a lot of lovely people from all around the world and if you're very social and like going out and partying, this is definitely the place for you.

I had a wonderful experience volunteering at the hostel and would definitely return again. I became great friends with some of the other volunteers. Everything is advertised correctly and realistically. The tasks are simple and are explained to you when you start your first shift. Free days were respected and was always given two a week. Meals and drinks were given and you also had an opportunity to earn a small amount of money which I found incredibly helpful. Thank you Efrain!!! Something to note is that in Croatia a lot of people smoke tobacco and it is allowed to smoke indoors.

Volunteering in the hostel was a life-changing experience. I met so many wonderful people and had an amazing time. All shifts were planned as agreed and they were easy tasks. I totally recommend it.

Hi everyone! We will keep this experience forever in our hearts. The host is amazing, you can talk to him whenever you need it. You are going to work with a group staff that is going to make you feel at home. We never met someone who made us feel uncomfortable. There are a lot of volunteers as you so you have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. The task that you have to do are not difficult but you have to work with respect to have it back. We wish you a great experience like ours!!! Martina and Martina

Volunteering at the hostel was a unique and amazing experience. If you want the small hostel experience, this is not the place for you. But if you want to PARTY and work with an amazing group of people this will be your new home! The work is easy but can be a little heavy at times. Literally. You will carry a lot of heavy stuff:) And of course Efraín will help you with anything you need, he's a really cool and chill dude. 10/10 would recommend
