My experience here couldn't have been more amazing. Efrain is a great manager who looks out for the volunteers. The working hours are very well respected, the work load is very manageable, and there is even an opportunity to earn money thru tips earned from bar and kitchen shifts. The volunteer room is cozy and tidy (it is up to you/your colleagues to keep the room clean). There is an amazing breakfast and lunch buffet every day Sunday, where volunteers get money to cook a family meal. This experience wouldn't have been complete without my amazing co-volunteers and all opportunities to bond.

The hostel was my first volunteer experience, and it couldn't have been better! The work was chill and diverse — from the kitchen to housekeeping to the bar — so it never got boring. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the food was both delicious and unlimited. The hostel itself is big, with plenty of clubs around, so if you like parties, you'll love it here. What made it truly special were the other volunteers — everyone was kind, and we created amazing memories together. I highly recommend this place!

It was my first volunteering experience and i couldn't ask for a better one! The work was simple and working hours were respected. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere in the hostel felt good. Food we got was also really nice, same for the rooms we stayed in. I made amazing memories and friendships here and would recommend this experience to everybody!

I'm on my seventh project, and this has been the most special one. From the wonderful breakfast and lunch buffets to endless hours in the bunker with the best group possible. The whole staff is super friendly, and Efrain leads the volunteers in the best way – professionalism and fun. If you're thinking about creating lovely memories, just come :))))

My experience in Chill out was amazing! First, because of the other amazing volunteers that I've spent time with. Breakfast and lunch are prepared with care s2. Also, the atmosphere is great for parties, so if you are someone who enjoys this type of environment, it is a super suitable place.

By far one of the best experience of my life. It was my first volunteer experience and I couldn't have imagined a better first volunteer work than this. I spent two and half months in the hostel and if I could I would have stayed longer. The staff members are really friendly and make you feel at home, like in a big family. The manager Efrain is a very good person, always available and comprehensive with the volunteers, more like a friend than a boss. The work is really easy and even the hours are respected. I really recommend this experience to everyone at least at once.

I had an amazing experience at the hostel - the staff was so welcoming and helpful, Efrain is a great leader and the volunteers that were with me are some of the best people I have ever met. The work itself allows you to interact with the staff and a great community is created among everyone working there. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to go outside of their comfort zone and explore the city with others, immersing themselves in life in the hostel :)

It was my first time volunteering and I couldn't have asked for a better place to start, I met some lovely people that I hope to have for the rest of my life, fell in love with the city as time went on, I even enjoyed working since the environment made me feel at home. Bonus: It's in the heart of Zagreb to it's really easy to move around.;)

I had a great experience thanks to the other volunteers I was with! The working hours were respected, but be prepared to wash glasses for 5 hours straight, sometimes you can have a shift until 3 or 5am, which can be very tiring. The sleeping spaces were nice, but I wish the volunteers had a better place to hangout in, now it was only a small kitchen that also quests could use. Overall it was still amazing! Thanks Efrain.
