Tbh, one of the best month in my life. This is the perfect place to make friends, party, hangout and all of that in the city centre! I met amazing people during my stay and I wish I could stay longer. Efrain was really helpful and supportive all the time, sometimes he was hanging out with us, which was really fun. The work sometimes didn't even felt like work (except for the housekeeping shift🥴), most of the staff members were volunteers before, so you become friends very quickly :). Efrain would send us the schedule every week, so working hours were very clear. I will definitely come back💗

I am very happy I chose this hostel as my first volunteer experience. Although sometimes the work was tiring, the hours were always respected. The volunteers and staff are lovely, and I made lots of friends at the hostel. Efrain is very nice and makes an effort to make all the volunteers feel comfortable and have a good time.

I had fun with the other volunteers, they are all amazing people and I learned something from each of them. Zagreb and the coast of Croatia is really nice, thanks to the flexible schedule I had time to explore that. There are usually a lot of volunteers (around 10/13, it's good if you are a sociable person and are used to hostels) and you help in different things (cleaning in the bar especially but also housekeeping and cleaning in the kitchen). The food is good and you also receive tips. Efrain used to be a volunteer as well and is always ready to hear you out!

I loved my experience as a the hostel volunteer! The tasks are easy& fun, the food is great, the staff is really nice to be around (the majority of them are spanish speakers so if you want to practice your spanish, it's the perfect place) and you get a lot of benefits as a volunteer. I felt at home from the first days. There is one thing I would have liked to know before I got there: there will be a lot of smoke all around the place because the customers are allowed to smoke inside so be prepared for that. I learnt new things and had a lot of fun so I recomand this hostel!

For sure one of the greatest experience of my life. It was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't have hoped for better. I have met incredible people and discovered a really cool and chill city. The staff is so nice and Efrain very efficient and caring about the volunteers. I recommend it 100% !

Staying with the hostel truly was a once in a lifetime experience. All the hours and work were exactly as described. If you are looking for a place to meet other volunteers, this is a great place to do so. You are in a shared room with upto 7 other volunteers, but as long as you are sociable and respectful it makes for a fun experience. The host was very accommodating and if I needed anything he was very easy to work with. The food was yummy and the perks that came with the job make it very easy to save money. My time at the hostel was amazing! The manager of the volunteers is awesome and very good at making you feel comfortable and looked after. All of the staff that work there are very friendly and great to work with. For my first Worldpackers experience it was phenomenal and I will definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to explore Croatia and surrounding countries. The work is fair and easy - only 5hrs per day with 2 days off a week. The morning breakfast is also super delicious and a lovely addition to the experience. I will definitely return!

My time at the hostel is one I will never forget. Everyone I worked with was so kind and welcoming. I learnt new skills and made friends for life. Efrain was great and accomodating and I could not recommend this experience enough.
