I loved my time at CloudBerry! It truly felt like home. Sam is very thoughtful, kind and generous: taking us on day trips, always happy to share Korean culture and history, and treating us with local food. Covered meals are all homemade Korean dishes -perfect to dig into Korea. I loved my time at the greenhouse, playing with kids and Karaoke Cooking nights at Doyo village. The location is great if you like city and hiking with lots to do around thanks to the bikes. I highly recommend this place which will forever hold a special place in my heart.

One thing I felt a little sad about was that we couldn’t hold the Water Festival in Doyo Village this August because of the extreme heat and the government’s request for more safety staff. Also, since I often had to teach classes at night, I couldn’t take you to as many cool evening places as I wished. But instead, we went camping together in Doyo Village three times, cooked meals, sang songs at karaoke, and enjoyed the beautiful nature—it all became such wonderful memories. so happy

The experience I've got became unforgettable. Making activities with the kids, and talking to them in English with the help from the parents and host makes you connect with the local people and at the same time falling in love with the Korean culture. The work in farm it's pretty chill and you always get different tasks every day. Also it's worth mentioning that the host brings you once a week in a really unique Korean temples, cafes, restaurants and more. Don't hesitate to apply and being part of a big project;) 선생님 감사합니다 🥷😌

Fero is such an amazing person and it was a lot of fun to spend time together. He is tall, handsome, and always full of good jokes, which made every day more enjoyable. I still remember how he was so curious to learn funny Korean phrases, especially the ones useful when talking with girls—it always made us laugh a lot! Thanks to him, I also enjoyed many evenings sharing Korean soju together. In the mornings, we often played badminton and worked up a sweat, which became one of favorite routine

"It was my first time volunteering, and I loved the experience. Besides learning a bit about growing fruits and vegetables, I had a lot of contact with Korean children, which was fun and taught me a lot about education in South Korea. Sam is very dedicated to the volunteers; we always had group outings or time to socialize. Those were definitely days I'll remember fondly."

Thank you so much Cloudy the farm! It was an amazing month and a half full of unforgettable moments. Working with children making strawberry desserts was truly beautiful, and I enjoyed every moment with them and Sophia. Sam and Sophia were very kind to the volunteers, and the food was absolutely delicious. The facilities could improve, but the overall experience was amazing. This volunteering opportunity helped me feel more comfortable speaking English, and I will always cherish these memories. And if you want to disconnect from the city, Gimhae is a great option, it's a small city full of charm

Katherine ~~~
Thank you so much for being such a reliable and kind presence at Cloudberry. Sophia always said, “If Katherine is in the kitchen, there’s nothing to worry about!” You worked with heart, especially with the kids, and brought joy to every strawberry class. You also got along so well with everyone—your friendly and gentle spirit made the team feel like family. Thank you for your trust, effort, and smile. You’re always welcome back!

Thanks so much for your kind review! I'm glad you had a great time, made friends, and enjoyed the trips and activities. It was truly a pleasure to host you.
Thanks also for your honest feedback. Sometimes, working with kids means we need to adjust daily tasks or locations on short notice—but we never change the overall volunteer dates. I hope this clears up any confusion.
Wishing you all the best on your journey!
