The Experience

We're looking for someone to do the housekeeping of the hostel. This includes cleaning dorm rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily. Housekeepers must have basic knowledge on HOW to clean. For the receptionist position, we require a basic understanding of computer equipment, good social interaction and joy for helping guests. English required. Additional languages a plus!

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel! Lagos is such a nice city to stay in, and there is so much to do there! The hostel is very close to the city center and nice beaches. Work hours were very good, and I always had lots of time to explore the city and surrounding areas. On the same street there are two more hostels as well, and it was also very nice getting to know the volunteers staying there!! Overall a great experience - I can definitely recommend!

This was such a great experience!! I miss it lots. Tiago is very warm, kind, trustworthy and genuine, as well as helpful. He makes the new volunteers feel comfortable quickly! The town of Lagos is awesome, a small town where you can see how the locals live and integrate a little bit, and the hostel is only 5 minute walk away from the beach!! The work is straightforward. The accommodation is quite comfortable! I shared a room with two other girls, one bunk bed and one single bed. The best part was getting to know the other volunteers. This was a super fun month!
