The hostel is a lovely place. You will meet a lot of nice people and feel very welcomed. I liked staying there a lot and I learned a bunch of things. I found many friends that I will keep for life. The work was also okay and usually not overwhelming although I only worked there during Corona in a time with less occupancy. I really liked the manager as well. ;)

Volunteering at the hostel was a wonderful experience. It was my first time I traveled solo and I am glad I chose this place . The beautiful and cozy city combined with the warm and friendly hostel makes it an experience to never forget. I wanted to stay 1 months but ended up staying 6 months. I think that says it all :). Also don't worry about working more then the agreed hours. The manager always makes schedules that are fair for everyone, I never had to work more then the agreed hours on World-packers. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

I could not have chosen a better place to live my first volunteering. Everyone at the hostel welcomed me very well. Tasks aren't difficult, schedules are flexible and everyone helps each other with whatever is needed. Being in an environment where I feel at home and always have friends to share the day to day and learn new things made all the difference in my trip. Tks a lot CB Team, for everything. I'll never forget the moments that I have lived.

Harry fue el mejor líder que se puede desear, vives en el centro de la ciudad con un grupo social ya establecido, cosa la cual ayuda mucho a integrarse! tuve una muy buena experiencia y repetiría!

Si pueden buscar otro lugar no lo duden, yo me dejé llevar por los reviews y eran de managers anteriores, a los voluntarios actuales los ven como empleados y les recuerdan cada tanto las pérdidas monetarias que representa su cama, el trato hacia los voluntarios no es adecuado ni amigable al punto que he visto personas llorar por el trato de la manager. Intenté hablarlo pero lo tomaron a la defensiva y Tuve que dejar el hostal debido a la incomodidad y me pedían pagar mi estadía por no mostrar esfuerzo según ellos. Aparte de esto el equipo de voluntarios fue lo mejor y hice muchas amistades.
