I spent 1 and a half month in tallinn Lai 22. From my first day i felt like home. The people that work there, the volunteers and also Dariana are the most amazing human beings. The hours are super good and well respected and actually you dont feel like working because you have so much fun. I will truly remember my time there forever. Thank you for this unique experience I will cherish it with all my heart! It was a pleasure !

Overall was a nice experience & met some great people who stayed as guest. Definitely a good way to meet new people even if you are on the quieter side like me :)). Make sure you get everyone you're staying with to always lock the room door (as annoying as it is) and always keep your stuff secure, as the doors do not lock automatically

Overall, I've had a pretty good experience at the hostel. The city is amazing, I loved the schedule flexibility, and the team was great. The only problem was that while I was staying there, they changed the manager, and when myself and other girls had an issue (regarding a harassment situation), he managed the situation poorly, minimizing the whole thing. The food was never sufficient, and most of the volunteers opted for takeout. My working hours were great, but that wasn't the case for some other volunteers. However, the people who worked there were great; they made me feel at home.

We are sadden that you had some unpleasant experiences while with us. We take any claim of harassment, abuse, violence, or discrimination with the upmost care and will look into any matters brought up. The current manger at the time reviewed the situation speaking to all parties and found the best solution. The volunteer hours have been a positive experience as it give them time to relax and enjoy other aspect of working within the hostel (and just not cleaning)and some time even working less than what is asked of them.

One of the best experience I've ever had in my life ! I quickly felt confortable there ! The pub crawl leader mission was just incredible, I had a lot of fun, also everything was well explained to me before my first shift !!! Thanks to this experience I met a lots of incredible people with whom I shared amazing moments that I will never forget and with some of them I built a real friendships !!! Also Tallin is a beautiful city from which is quite easy to go visit Riga or Helsinki !! I definitely 100000% recommend to volunteering there !!! Gonna miss this place for sure ! Love from France

This was my first experience with world packers. Everything was like we agreed. I volunteered in Imaginary hostel, it was great experience. Hostel is clean and warm. The group that I worked with was big bunch of positive, sociable, friendly, funny people that I remember forever. Hostel was my second home and Polina was my second mother. It's really good place to be, to volunteer, to have a great time. I really recommend this place and this host. They are flexible. Polina, Marcos, Maira, Edson, Geco, Vitalina, Vija, Diar, Claire, Nacho, Keiro, Alex... Thank you for memories. 🚀

It was my first experience and woooow it exceeded my expectations! Really the work is very easy to do, the staff is super friendly and social🥰.... 100% I recommend it, you have time to get to know the city or surrounding cities, also to meet local people and travelers🗺️.... I appreciate the opportunity I was given and I am sure I will be back soon💕....

It was a great experience. The manager Polina is a wonderful person. She is really flexible, super helpful with any and everything. If you need something she tries her best to help you and if something or a guest for example would be inappropriate to you she'll immediately take care of it. She also cooks and bakes for everyone from time to time. The other volunteers were also lovely. When I arrived I was a bit surprised by the facilities as they all look pretty old and kind of dirty but you get used to it in a few days. I stayed and worked in Imaginary Hostel and the work is easy

Daz was amazing to work with, she communicated with us quickly and efficiently. The other volunteers became like family and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 weeks here. The food provided was sufficient and the room we stayed in was cozy. The work was very easy going and we really felt we had the ability to succeed in this atmosphere.

I had such a great experience here! Tallinn is small and so beautiful, with lots of beautiful ocean views and nature nearby. I met so many great people, both international travelers and locals by going out to nearby bars! The work was fair, management was so kind and you have a lot of time off to explore estonia! We stayed in a large dorm room with other volunteers. It was a bit of an adjustment at first, but after a few days I grew to love the community aspect and you can make it very comfortable. I loved my time here and already want to return in the summer! :) thank you again!
