What a fantastic volunteer experience! I spent nearly two months working as a party promoter/pub crawl leader at the Munks the hostel, and I have nothing but amazing things to say! The working hours were incredibly flexible and reasonable, and there was plenty of time to explore Estonia and isurrounding countries. I was immediately welcomed, and everyone quickly became family (there were daily staff dinners and regular events for us to hang out). There truly was never a dull moment. If you are social, love to party, and want to get to know several like-minded backpackers, this is the place for you!

I recently had the opportunity to volunteer at this hostel in Estonia, with my friends, and it was an incredible experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I met amazing people from all over the world. The staff was friendly and supportive, making my time there even more enjoyable. I loved exploring the beautiful surroundings during my free time, and the sense of community among the volunteers was truly special. The workload is very manageable, and they are also flexible with the schedules. We highly recommend this volunteer opportunity to anyone looking for a memorable adventure!

I stayed for one month in the hostel in Tallinn and had a great time. Everything was communicated well between management and volunteers. The activities were fun and I had lots of free time to spend in the city or at the nearby beach. I got so well with the other volunteers and made the best memories.

If you are looking for a fun, welcoming, and party-filled volunteering opportunity, then this is perfect for you!! When you work here, you become part of a family. This was my first time working in a hostel, and I loved every second. Jordy was so helpful throughout the entire process; he was very communicative and organized. I 100% recommend working for the hostel. Tallinn is such a great city, and it was so easy to travel to nearby countries.

I had an amazing time in Tallinn, the staff and other volunteers made me feel at home right away, and the city is so lovely! It was such an enriching experience, you'll get to make lots of connections with travelers and guests, the tasks are very easy and the events you can take part in are just so much fun! Overall I got to practice my English a lot, my social skills and meet wonderful people! I'm very grateful I got to be part of this community! Highly recommend the hostel!!

Never have I felt so at home while being abroad. The volunteers and staff are a little family, but we still have lots of opportunity to mix and mingle with guests from around the world. I found the bed and room very comfortable and I enjoyed it being in the more distant side of the hostel. Jordy makes sure we always have food and extra money to make dinners as a little family. The events are top tier and I'm really going to miss it here 🥹

Had the best time in the hostel!! The team was wonderful and I'm grateful to have been part of it. Tallinn is a beautiful place and the location of the hostel is perfect with plenty of free time to explore the city and the nearby countries. We had a lottt of food available for cooking and even started doing family dinners. :) Jordy was super nice and always helpful when needed. There's activities every day and doing the pub crawls was always fun.Definitely one of my favourite volunteering experiences and I 100% recommend it!! 😁

It was my first volunteering with WorldPackers and I couldn't have asked for something better! The atmosphere within the staff and the volunteers was awesome. The work is easy and the schedule is always respected. Also you get 4 days off per week + free food, which are a great plus. Jordy is accessible and always try to optimise the volunteer's experience. Tallinn is a lovely city to stay for a couple of weeks too! Definitely recommend this experience to everyone
