I recommend this experience!! Living in a remote place like this, surrounded by jungle and locals is just amazing. I signed up for social media, which I got to do a majority of the time, but also expect to help a little on other tasks (in the kitchen, making beds). The facilities are super nice for a remote place like this, spacious bedrooms and warm showers if you're lucky. For the rest there's a lot of hiking trails to walk and rivers to visit your free time, or you could just relax in a hammock and give Scott (the dog) some belly rubs!

Me and my boyfriend been there for 3 weeks. It was such an amazing experience! It felt like home for us there, everyone is so lovely and kind and also the work made so much fun, because Marc always try to give you something you like. We would have stayed longer, but we needed to live the country otherwise we would have stayed there probably for 6 months. Thanks Mamoni for this wonderful time. We appreciated it so much!!

This was my first time volunteering through worldpackers, and it couldn't have been better! Every day at Centro Mamoní was different, I was always learning or doing something new. Mark is very attentive to ensure every volunteer does tasks that are engaging and new to them.
Mark, Nico, Esme and all of the other staff were so welcoming and friendly. Nathan, a co-founder of the preserve took the time to get to know me personally, inviting me into his home more than once. A true family.
Know that you will be isolated in a remote area of the jungle for the duration. I liked it that way.
