Truly had an amazing time staying and volunteering at the farm. The work is very enjoyable and everyday is a new experience and chance to learn something new. The property is absolutely beautiful and in a very cute town. John and Linda are beyond welcoming and kind. They made me feel like family. They are both so passionate and knowledgeable about sustainability and agriculture.

My experience in the farm was short but very impactful. The farm itself is beautiful (as well as the farm tour they made me do when I arrived), John and Linda are lovely people ready to understand your needs, we had very interesting conversations who made me know more about their world, moreover, they have excellent cooking skills. I'm not used to work and live in a farm so in my first days I had the feeling that everything was too much to get used to, but If you don't mind getting dirty, spartan accommodation and physical tasks you'll enjoy a lot your time here.

I volunteered 2 weeks in Linda &John's farm and I really liked it, the place is beautiful as well as the hosts 🫢🏻 If you like nature, you're not afraid of getting dirty and you enjoy healthy meals then this will be a place you will enjoy for sure 😊

Linda and John were great hosts, they made me feel welcomed and part of the family while I was there. I appreciated how supportive and flexible they were with my time on the farm. the farm was a great place to relax and reset, away from city life!

I absolutely loved my time at the farm!! It was such a unique experience to be able to unplug from the city and stay on the most beautiful farm. Linda and John are both such welcoming and kind people. I had such a blast enjoying the farm and learned so much from both of them about sustaining this lifestyle. Cheers to an unforgettable experience:)

If you want to know what a farm life feels like then the farm is the right place for you! I learnt a lot about sustainability and picking chestnuts in the orchard with the sun rays passing through the branches felt like living in a fairy tale. Feeding and petting the animals of the farm, especially the funny banthom chickens, was the best part of the experience along with having tea on the balcony watching emus and kangaroos visiting the farm. John and Linda were really welcoming and having dinner together along with other backpackers made me feel like having found a second family:)

John and Linda are stargazing hosts! I've learnt a lot about sustainability and I felt welcomed in their house together with other backpackers. The tasks went from chestnuts picking and peeling to feeding the farm animals and weeding the gardens but also helping in cleaning the farm stay. I loved the fact that the jobs were versatile and the constant contact with the nature. I highly recommend this experience to live something unique and local. I wish the best to this two fantastic hosts and hope to see them again one day :)

John & Linda are both lovely people and were very welcoming to myself, Luke & Ben. Working on the farm has been rewarding and I have found it interesting. I have learnt a lot about the many uses the chestnuts have! I enjoyed the variety of tasks that you can do across the day.
