My days in Chesnuts Farm were amazing. I enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The landscape is really awesome!!! I fell very welcome by Linda&Jhon. They are people that worth it to know, very interested as well. The job was good, I learned a lot of the chesnuts products and processes. I had the experience to live in a farm for the first time. I met also other backpackers. So I made friends in the place too. I enjoyed very tasty food and healthy as well. I feel very safety and protected with them. For me it was like a family here in Australia. They helped me a lot with everything.

Alex and I enjoyed our stay at the farm! We were there for a month and learned many different things about chestnuts and how to live a more sustainable life. Because it wasn't harvest time, we also got the chance to specialize other skills like making the farm products and working in retail. We enjoyed working in the small local shop and meeting new people every time! I would recommend to go during harvest time if you want to keep yourself really busy and meet travellers! We also loved to learn about John and Linda's adventures and pieces of their life. Good first experience!

Linda and John welcomed me very much. They are great hosts, always patient and willing to help and teach me. I felt like a part of the family. I learned a lot from this experience. I have greatly improved my English. I learned to deal with animals. I learned the process of making flour. And cooking them. My food was very good. I hope to come back one day to visit them and work again. The farm is a very special place. I am eternally grateful for the moments I spent in the farm.

I don't even know how to express how much I liked the farm and John and Linda. They are one of kindest and nicest people I've met here in Australia. The work is very exiting and interesting and the meals are AWSOME. It's a great place if you like animals and nature. THANK YOU for the great time and experience. You really enriched my life :).

It's been a wonderful experience, Linda and John are the best hosts you can hope for. They are very nice people and treated us like we were family. The farm it's beautiful in winter (no snakes or spiders hehehe) and Western Australia turned to be an amazing place to visit and get lost on its roads.
