The Experience

Read the description carefully. We will not answer if you don't meet our requirements. We can accept a couple: one for this position and the other for the cleaning position. We'll train you to help at the reception but a service experience would be a plus. A smiling, mature and responsible person who isn't shy is necessary. You need to be able to speak French (level B1 minimum) and English (level B2)

I had such a great stay at the hostel and would definitely recommend this experience to other volunteers. The work is really straight forward and is around three hours a day. the hostel is such a beautiful place and this position gives you lots of time to explore and do things in the city. The hostel itself is nice and gives you a chance to meet lots of people!

The hostel is a lovely place to be! I met sweet girls there and the time spent together was fun :) Céline respects the hours and send the schedule ahead of time! She's also flexible when you ask her about day off preference! I liked the position and the work , working at the reception is very multitask but interesting and I enjoyed my shifts :) , the room where I was staying was clean and comfortable . Unfortunately , I left earlier than assigned because of personal reasons but I definitely recommend this position and this hostel :)

I had the most amazing time at the hostel. Céline and her brothers were amazing with the volunteers and all the guests and the work is simple and doesn't take very long. We were able to do so much in the hostel and its surrounding towns and I couldn't recommend this hostel enough. Thank you Céline and brothers!

I had the most amazing stay at the hostel. I really enjoyed meeting all the staff of the hostel and had a great time with the other volunteers. I had a lot of opportunity to improve my French and felt very immersed in the city by the end of my stay. Celine and her brothers were lovely and easy going. The work was very simple and left me a lot of time to explore and meet new people. I would highly recommend this position to anyone who wants to live in France and improve their French.
