Volunteering at the hostel was an awesome experience! The work was super chill and everything was well organized. Céline always sent the schedule ahead of time. We had a comfy staff dorm, separate from the guests. The vibe at the hostel is super international, people from all over the world, which made it really fun and interesting. The location is great, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and just a short walk from the amazing Lac d'the hostel. And the city... absolutely beautiful!

I spent an unforgettable 8 weeks at the hostel! Céline and her brothers made everything very easy and the flexibility with the schedules was a huge plus. The work was easy and never more than 3 hours (in housekeeping), which leaves you with lots of time to explore the hostel and its beautiful surroundings. I shared a room with two other volunteers at a time, which made it very fun and the bar also gathered so many people every day, which made it very social. I'd recommend this place to anyone who loves city life or nature, but mostly to anyone who loves both!

This volenteer position was amazing. A little bit about the position and area for those thinking about volunteering: To cover the volunteer work: It was around 1-3 hours of cleaning a day usually about 1h-2h this included changing the beds, emptying the bins, cleaning the showers and toilets (10 toilets and around 10 showers - not always all of them) and vacuuming and mopping the floors. The work was always split with another volenteer and the schedule wasn't super strict. The hostel is lovely with big well equips kitchens. It has a very large bar attached which is very popular and cool

I had the best 5 weeks at the hostel. The job was exactly as described, Celine was very kind and flexible when it came to our schedules and free days. I met many volunteers and we created a good friendship, it was always fun to be around them at the hostel and hang out afterwards. The city is so beautiful and there are many activities you can do after work, since you'll have pretty much the whole day to yourself. I felt very comfortable staying here and I cannot wait to come back. Special shoutout to Alex and Drieu for helping me practice my french :) Merci et à bientôt !
