The experience
Looking for help from April 1st, 2026
We'll train you to help at the reception, but a service experience would be a plus.
A smiling, mature and responsible person who isn't shy is necessary.
You need to be able to speak French (level B1 minimum) and English (level B2)
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
What you get
2 days off per week
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements
Intermediate English and Intermediate French
Over 18 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
Be from outside France

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Program Details
Welcome the guests, do the check-in, answer their questions, and ensure people are respectful. You'll also have to ensure the kitchen and common area stay clean.
Activities & Shift
Help in the evening from 6 pm til 11 pm, something in the afternoon (starting at 3 pm).
You'll have a minimum of 2 consecutive days off. If you work longer shifts, you'll have more free days.
Rules
If you apply alone, we take WOMEN ONLY because we have just one dorm for the staff. You'll have a bed in a dorm room reserved only for the volunteers (usually 3).

We provide linen, blankets, towels,...
We don't provide food, so we don't ask for full-time work. You need to have a budget for food, and you can use the food left by the guest.
