The Experience

I am looking for help in my five-bedroom BnB which is in the third generation of my family and was originally built by my grandfather. I require help cleaning rooms with laundry, ironing, checking in guests, and help all round the house. Accommodation is a mixture of private and dorm where you will share with just one other person. You will be given three meals a day and have two days a week off. You will also have the use of my mountain bike.

Staying at the guest house B&B was a great experience. The work was exactly what's in the description of the position, with some extra tasks depending on what needed to be done in the B&B. Usually we ended by 1 or 2 pm. Tasks were simple and mistakes were corrected by John in a respectful manner. He is a fantastic host. Always helpful, respectful and full of interesting stories. He created a friendly atmosphere in the house. The area of the B&B is breathtaking. Wonderful for long walks and relaxing in nature. It 's very peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to take a break from big & loud cities

This is my first time volountering and the experience was way better than expected. John is a wonderful host who creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The job is easy and we never worked more than what was expected. I really had the best opportunity to get familiar with the local culture and John was very eager to tell his stories. It was very easy to explore the surroundings and if you are looking for beautiful nature there is few better places. The food was so lovely, John is an exquisite cook and we also had the opportunity to cook are own food. I loved my time here

My stay at Castle House was unforgettable, I felt at home from the first day. The duties are simple—ironing, cleaning rooms, mopping, doing the dishes and helping serving breakfast—usually done by 1 pm so you have lots of free time. Tully is a lovely village where you can enjoy walks, the small or big beach, and peaceful views of nature. What makes it truly special is John: he is amazing, always making sure you don't need anything, taking great care of his volunteers, cooking delicious dinners and sharing stories. More than a host, John becomes a lifelong friend you'll always treasure.

My stay at castle house B&B was absolutely amazing! From the day I arrived I immediately felt at home. The place is so cosy and John is such a nice person, he loves telling stories and he makes the most amazing dinners. The work was not hard, making beds, serving breakfast and cleaning. There was plenty of time to explore the beautiful surroundings! The area is breathtaking and there are a lot of nice places you can walk to or you can take John's bike or the bus. I would highly recommend staying here if you love nature and cosy atmosphere!
