We’re a small, traveler-run hostel with a big heart, co-managed by Phoebe and Jeremy—brother and sister who believe that hostels should feel like home. Our team is passionate about culture exchange, local life, and creating a space where guests and volunteers feel welcomed and included. As managers, we're laid-back but responsible—we give clear expectations, and we trust you to work independently and with care. Volunteers are treated with kindness and respect. We value your experience as much as our guests’, and we love sharing stories, snacks, or a laugh together—whether it's over breakfast, evening tea, or just while playing with our hostel cat. We believe that volunteering should be meaningful but also fun. You'll be supported, appreciated, and have plenty of time to explore all the beauty that Hualien has to offer .
