You will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing them with essential information, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. As a volunteer, you will contribute to creating a friendly and hospitable atmosphere, making our guests feel at home during their stay.

Responsabilities :


-Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a professional and courteous first impression.

-Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

-Provide information about the guesthouse, its facilities, and local attractions, helping guests make the most of their stay in the city.

-Answer and respond to emails and online reviews promptly, addressing inquiries and reservations.

-Handle guest requests and concerns, finding appropriate solutions and escalating issues when necessary.

-Monitor and respond to online reviews

-Handle guest requests and concerns with empathy and efficiency, finding suitable solutions and escalating issues when necessary to managers.

-Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

-Support various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and updating guest records.


Reglas

-Previous experience in a hospitality role is a big plus but not required. We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

-Basic skills with MS Office and/or Google Workplace.

-Fluency in at least two additional languages is required to effectively communicate with our diverse range of guests (Mandarin fluency is a bonus)

-Availability to work weekends or holidays may be required.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
