The guest house it's such a modern and clean hostel you will love to pass your time in here. The common areas permites you also to hang until late at night and meeting guest and travellers its always amazing. Ryokosan and fumi san are amazing leaders and they are so welcoming and carefull about your need and questions. Highly reccomended!

I am just to lucky to have had this wonderful experience at the guest house! The best guesthouse I've stayed at, with the most wonderful people 💜 Even though it's been only 2 weeks, every day was precious and fun. Thank you everyone!! This was my first worldpackers or volunteer experience in general, and going into it I was extremely nervous. However, it ended up being a really wonderful experience and I'm so happy I did it. The hostel itself is not only well maintained and clean, but the downstairs area gives you a great opportunity to meet so many people from around the world. The work can be a bit overwhelming at first, but Ryoko-san is extremely patient and is always willing to help or explain something again. By the end, work became kind of relaxing. If you're thinking about applying, do it! It's so much fun.

This is perfect place if you are looking for place you can feel comfortable, and wanna practice English or Japanese(especially if you can work in reception). We have great atmosphere among volunteers as well. And we hang out often, so you don't have to worry about the atmosphere. And also Hiroshima city is very lively and easy to interact with people. Lastly, staffs including Ryoko san are really great! I highly recommend here!

It completely changed my view of cleanliness & care. Japanese hospitality redefines service & customer satisfaction. The facility is spotless! Cube beds are private & comfy. They provide the basics + hair dryer/straightener. You can cook, & free frozen rice is made daily by Ryoko-san. Perfect location, 5 min from the main station. Walking is great, transport is easy, & they offer e-bikes. Many restaurants, malls & convenience stores nearby. Hiroshima is beautiful, full of nature & great hikes. Miyajima Island is amazing! Special thanks to Ryoko-san, a kind wonder women! 🩷

I've been working only at the reception at the guest house. Reception shifts are supposed to be 3-10pm but often tend to finish about half an hour later. The upside is more free days to explore and gives more chances to practice Japanese. The owner has been kind and easy going. He really cares about this place. I spent great time with everyone and actually extended my stay (not sure how to extend in worldpackers). Im really happy that I was able to volunteer here!

I had a wonderful experience at the guest house, the hostel is quite comfortable and has a very pleasant vibe. I worked in cleaning and making beds which was demanding but helps you improve housekeeping skills. Ryoko was very kind and sweet and taught me and explained how to do everything about work. Thank you Fumi for this very good experience

I only stayed for two weeks but I really enjoyed the experience. I worked at the reception so I got to practice my japanese a lot. Ryoko-san and Fumi-san were very patient and nice, and I met many cool people in the hostel. The place is extremely clean and organized, overall I had a great time!
