Travelers stay in cozy, rustic farm-style rooms nestled among olive groves and Abruzzi mountain views—shared rooms for up to 4 travelers designed for comfort and simplicity. Bathrooms are shared, clean, and stocked with eco-friendly toiletries. Communal spaces include an outdoor yoga platform, meditation room, dining terrace, and gardens. Limited Wi-Fi encourages a digital detox. Heating and natural ventilation keep rooms comfortable, and sustainable practices like solar energy and composting support a mindful stay.
All meals at the project are lovingly prepared by our in-house kitchen team, led by chef Elena, who specializes in traditional Italian vegetarian dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. Breakfast offers light, energizing options like freshly baked sourdough, seasonal fruit, homemade granola, and Italian coffee. Lunch and dinner feature hearty, comforting meals such as pumpkin risotto, eggplant parmigiana, homemade pasta, and fresh seasonal salads—all served buffet-style to share around communal tables.
Travelers will be picked up at Rome’s Fiumicino Airport (FCO) at 4:00 PM on arrival day. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before this time to ensure a smooth pickup. The shuttle will have a sign with the project's name so you can easily identify it, and you’ll be taken straight from the pickup point to the farm—no layovers or stops along the way. Once you arrive at the property, you’ll receive a warm welcome and join our opening circle and orientation. During this session, we’ll introduce the team, go over the weekly schedule, share our values around conscious living, sustainability, and community, and take you on a guided tour of the farm. We’ll also review daily routines, meal times, optional activities, and wellness treatments, as well as provide safety tips
This project is a regenerative farm and spiritual retreat center tucked away in the green hills of Abruzzo, where olive groves meet mountain air and the Adriatic Sea isn’t far off. More than just a retreat, it’s a way of life—rooted in sustainability, community, and conscious living. The project was born from Antonello’s lifelong connection to the land. Raised on an organic farm at the foot of the Apennines, he grew up immersed in nature and developed a deep spiritual bond with the Earth. After studying literature and philosophy in Italy and the UK, Antonello returned to his roots with a renewed mission: to educate and inspire through eco-living, healthy food, and holistic practices. His global travels—especially to India and Thailand—ignited a passion for yoga that soon became the heart of the project. Today, this project offers guests and travelers a chance to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and live in harmony with the land. Through daily yoga, organic farming, shared meals, and local cultural immersion, the retreat creates space for healing, growth, and grounded community living. A small team—featuring teachers like Kat, Greta, and our beloved cook Elena—supports this mission, while strong ties with local artisans and farmers keep the project deeply connected to the region. Whether you're harvesting olives, practicing asanas at sunrise, or enjoying a homegrown meal, everything here is designed to help you remember what really matters.
This project is nestled in the heart of the Abruzzo region, right on the edge of the breathtaking Abruzzi National Park—a protected area known for its rolling hills, ancient forests, and untouched natural beauty. This region of Italy is often called the country’s best-kept secret, where wild landscapes meet charming hilltop villages, and time seems to slow down. Just a few hours from Rome, Abruzzo offers a rich blend of Italian culture, traditional cuisine, and stunning scenery—from snow-capped mountains to the turquoise Adriatic coastline. It’s the perfect setting for a retreat: peaceful, grounding, and deeply connected to nature. Whether you’re wandering through local markets, hiking forest trails, or stargazing under clear skies, every moment here invites you to reconnect with the land, with others, and with yourself.
At this project, impact is woven into everyday life. Hosting over 200 guests a year, the project strengthens the local economy by supporting small producers, employing locals, and collaborating with Italian wellness practitioners. More than 70% of the food is sourced from nearby organic farms, and guests learn about land regeneration and sustainability. By experiencing rural traditions and connecting with the community, travelers help preserve local culture while supporting a more conscious, regenerative way of living.
Travelers take part in daily yoga, meditation, and plant-based meals, supporting physical, mental, and emotional health. Reconnecting with nature and holistic living often inspires long-lasting healthy habits.
The farm runs on solar panels and energy-efficient systems. Guests learn how clean energy powers daily life and are encouraged to adopt energy-conscious habits during their stay.
From farm-to-table meals to composting and zero-waste practices, guests experience a sustainable lifestyle firsthand, and often bring these conscious consumption habits back home.
