A great introduction one of the most important skills needed for a collaborative relationship to be successful and enriching for both parties. In the concept of Non-Violent communication Caroline shared succinctly the main ingredients... one of those, not raising your voice has been such a challenge for me as to how I was raised (loudest and last voice wins). As I get older and better at modulating my tone and volume I have seen how much better my communication and conflict resolution has become
