Sometimes confilct forms quick and can't be avoided. This course highlights that avoidance is not key. Key is being open to continue collaboration and make a compromise&solution together, so collaboration can go on! Emphaty and active listening are excellent tools highlighted in the video!

For me, personally, communication and continous feedback is most comfortable ways to make sure all parties are having the best experience!
