Youâll help out at our small craft brewery and bar in Cajamarca. Tasks include supporting behind the bar, serving drinks, keeping the space clean and welcoming, and helping during cultural events. The work is social and hands-on, mostly in the afternoons and evenings. Weâre looking to welcome people who enjoy conversations and learning about different ways of life.
During the week, youâll mostly help at the brewery, supporting tasks related to the beer-making process.
On weekends, youâll help at the taproom, which is located in the same space.
We value a relaxed but responsible work rhythm, good communication, and a genuine interest in learning and being part of the team.
Atividades & Turnos
From Tuesday to Thursday, tasks include bottling, kegging, and cleaning brewing equipment.
On Fridays and Saturdays, youâll help at the taproom, serving and interacting with customers.
