Mo is an amazing host, super easy to get along with and he truly cares about the volunteers. The job itself is very simple, and although the work days under hot sun can be exhausting sometimes, the days off balance it out. The work offers good opportunity to see around the island and on free days you can rent the scooters for a good price and explore even more :) Highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys social interactions

It was a really good place to volunteer, Mo always was there to help us and giving advices. At first is a little bit difficult to get used to the places to flyering but with a little bit of time you get used to it. Also about the parties, I really have a good time, drinks and good music:)

The host Pha-ngan was wonderful. Mo is an extremely amiable and well-organized host. He is always available to answer questions. Because the flyering routes stay the same , you could memorize the stops you needed to make within a day or two. The OXA party, which takes place on the final working day of the week, is undoubtedly the highlight. In conclusion, I heartily recommend the Dream Factory the host.

This was such a fun exchange. The work is not hard and you get to explore the island while working. Mo is a great host, he's very clear on what is needed from the volunteer and is there if you need help with anything. Also getting four days off is a great bonus! Would 100% recommend. :)

It's an amazing experience and would recommend to anybody looking to explore Ko Pha Ngan. The work is fun and you get 4 days off! Mo is a great guy and will help you with whatever you need! He makes the experience better and is very helpful with everything. An awesome experience!

What an incredible experience. A very fun job as well as a great way to see around the island and see new places. Mo was an incredible boss and host and made sure we were always safe and taken care of. Once in a life time opportunity i'll never forget. I have forever friends now too :)

I had a great experience, The work it can be quite tiring. You're gonna drive and walk under the sun for most part of the day, be prepared, bring sunscreen and drink lots of water. Beside that the work is fun you'll meet lots of people, and you'll find lots of hidden spots on the island. I recommend it!
