I had the best time with oxa! I definitely made friends for life here. The work is actually really fun, if you enjoy speaking with and meeting new people. Because you drive around all day you have a chance to really explore the island. the host is a beautiful place and has so much to offer. I stayed 3 weeks and still I feel like I haven't seen half of it. Mo is an amazing host. He will be there for you no matter what. If you have a problem or just want some travel tips you can always talk to him! For me this was the perfect mix of working, free time and party ;)

Such a great experience! So good I extended...twice. It's a great way to get outside, explore the island, and meet travellers and locals. Very much a work hard, play hard kind of experience. OXA itself was one of my favorite venues on the island, so it was easy to promote. Mo and Atilla were fantastic hosts and really wanted people to work hard but also have a good time. Highly recommend the host experience to anyone considering it!

It is such a great opportunity if you like the island life! Working only 3 days a week allows you to have 4 days to chill and explore Thailand islands! Its great! Even though work is kinda long it is very enjoyable specially if you meet nice people! I would recommend!!

I spent 3 weeks on this volunteering and really enjoyed the experience, I recommend it for someone who is looking to save money on accomodation and enjoy drive motorbike around the island, was nice to have 4 days off and I could know the bests spots during work time. I recommend wearing comfortable clothes and keep hydrated your self because in the beginner could be hard drive during the day above all in sunny days, but then you get into the rhythm it becomes easier. Obviously I enjoyed OXA parties and meet many nice people.

This experience is perfect for anyone looking to explore the island, get a good tan while being social and partying a bit. The work days are quite long and be prepared to be in the sun a lot but the hosts were great at looking after your well being by making sure you hydrate and take breaks when needed, it felt like they genuinely cared! You also get 4 days off in a row which is perfect for exploring the neighbouring islands but if you are someone whose social battery gets low easily I would avoid this experience.

It has been such an amazing experience. Mo is an incredible person, he's always trying to help you and he makes you feel like part of the family. If you like driving this is your best option, the job is not very exhausting and you only work from mondays to wednesdays. The job is exactly as Mo tells you, no traps or changes. In conclusion, the best 3 weeks I've spent in Thailand!!

The work is really easy and you get 4 days off in a row so we explored the neighbouring islands with the other volunteers during this time. All the info I needed to know about the job was sent to me beforehand and a real volunteering contract was signed to respect both parties. Everything was just as agreed :) Mo is very accommodating and all my questions and requests were heard. A 10/10 experience, I highly recommend this if you're looking for a volunteering experience where your job is literally touring around the island + you get 4 days off 🤩

I had a great time working for Mo. he was an excellent host that provided great information on the island and fun activities to do during your day off. They work was quite fun if you enjoy meeting new people and it was a great way to see the island.

Working with the OXA group was a fantastic experience. First and foremost the hours were exactly as I expected. Mo reached out beforehand, gave a detailed explanation about the commitment required of me and strictly stuck to the agreed upon schedule. This left me with a full four days off to explore every week! On top of that, most of the driving I did helped me familiarize myself with the island, there are two beautiful routes we mainly stick to. The stay was great, the room was quiet and it's nice not having to come home and push through a party hostel every night! Loved the OXA party also:)

I had so much fun with this Worldpackers experience. If you love exploring islands whilst biking and partying - this is the job for you! Mo is so lovely, who gives you the ins & outs of the host recommending secret gems you wouldn't find on generic 'What to do' pages. The role involves you promoting OXA by conversing & handing out flyers to businesses, hostels, and people on foot; then collecting reviews when attending OXA. You really need to be confident with biking for several hours in the day plus be able to engage with people or this role will not be enjoyable for you.
