I had a great time volunteering for this host. Mo is a super friendly and respectable host. All instructions are clear and easy to follow. The job will take place exactly as explained beforehand, so you will get what you signed up for. 3 days of work and 4 days off allows you to explore the island as much as you want. The accomodation is super chill and right in the center of action. There's an option to rent a scooter way cheaper than anywhere else on the island. Free entry for the party your're advertising is useful aswell. Had a great time, highly recommend this host and job :)

I had a very good experience volunteering here. Mo, the host was really good, friendly and understanding. We were promoting parties, handing out flyers to people. The hours can be exhausting when there are multiple parties in a week but you get a chance to explore the whole island on scooters and meet so many new people. Better to know how to ride a scooter. All the volunteers stayed in an apartment. We stayed together for 2 weeks, developed a really good friendship. The apartment we stayed at was decent, and the location was perfect, equal distance from main spots.Overall a great experience.

I had a really good and fun time working for Oxa party's. Mo was very organized and I loved that you knew exactly what you getting into. If you like scooter driving or want to improve your skills this is definitely a volenteering position for you. The party's were also really fund and I met a lot of nice people . 100% would recommend

The host was a great stay and wonderful way to experience the host Pha Ngan. The accommodation was similar to an apartment and Mo the host was very welcoming. Party Promoting was a great way to see the island. I was there for the full moon party, and during this week there was more days of work than anticipated. The hours were the same, but there were less full days off. With that being said, Mo tries very hard to keep the workload fair across the volunteers. I would recommend those who apply be comfortable driving a motorbike for long hours with an additional passenger on back.

Mo it's really nice, easygoing. The experience it's self it's interesting, you can drive around the island, meet people and have fun at the same time you work. The hours could be tiring, but the days off make up for it.

The work was easy, but due to the heat, you start getting tired after a certain point. The working area was good. There could have been more equipment in the kitchen. Even a simple stove would have made cooking easier. With a few adjustments, it could be a good place for volunteering, but in its current state, I would say it's an average place.

Pros: I had an uncomfortable situation with a fellow volunteer early on and Mo and his team took care of it right away in a respectful and professional manner. They really made sure that I felt safe and I am incredibly thankful for their responsiveness and care. The facilities and dorm are good and the responsibilities are clearly laid out. Cons: The responsibilities and expectations are a bit high for a volunteer position for simply a bed in my opinion. It is not a laid back position and you're working long days under the sun. Overall a good experience.

My time in the host Pangan was Ok! The work consists of promoting the parties throughout the island during the day and night, so be prepared to experience a lot of social interaction under the sun. The work can be tiring so find a way to save energy. Although they are organized the rules are very strict considering it is a volunteer position. Besides that I had a lot of fun with the other volunteers :)

El ambiente en el voluntariado fue excesivamente controlador. Un día repartimos por la calle y estuve una hora sin mandar fotos, y en el grupo nos dijeron: “No foto = no work”, dando a entender que no estábamos cumpliendo, lo cual fue frustrante. Otro día alquilé una scooter tras avisar y rellenar el formulario, pero al día siguiente me dijeron que debía devolverla antes de las 13:30 sin previo aviso, y cuando intenté explicarlo, solo dijeron que “si yo no entendía la importancia de ese día, no era su problema”. Si buscas un voluntariado basado en confianza y buen trato, no lo recomiendo.

I dont know what you are trying to say since this is all in Spanish.. But this is a very good example of why you didnt had a good time here - communication! First of all when you are not confident enough to speak English you shouldnt apply for volunteering in other countries, especially for a position where you need to talk to people a lot. And then second, if you dont understand the tasks or the way we work properly, please ask questions! Communication is key for a positive experience.
