Pros: I had an uncomfortable situation with a fellow volunteer early on and Mo and his team took care of it right away in a respectful and professional manner. They really made sure that I felt safe and I am incredibly thankful for their responsiveness and care. The facilities and dorm are good and the responsibilities are clearly laid out. Cons: The responsibilities and expectations are a bit high for a volunteer position for simply a bed in my opinion. It is not a laid back position and you're working long days under the sun. Overall a good experience.

My time in the host Pangan was Ok! The work consists of promoting the parties throughout the island during the day and night, so be prepared to experience a lot of social interaction under the sun. The work can be tiring so find a way to save energy. Although they are organized the rules are very strict considering it is a volunteer position. Besides that I had a lot of fun with the other volunteers :)

El ambiente en el voluntariado fue excesivamente controlador. Un día repartimos por la calle y estuve una hora sin mandar fotos, y en el grupo nos dijeron: “No foto = no work”, dando a entender que no estábamos cumpliendo, lo cual fue frustrante. Otro día alquilé una scooter tras avisar y rellenar el formulario, pero al día siguiente me dijeron que debía devolverla antes de las 13:30 sin previo aviso, y cuando intenté explicarlo, solo dijeron que “si yo no entendía la importancia de ese día, no era su problema”. Si buscas un voluntariado basado en confianza y buen trato, no lo recomiendo.

I dont know what you are trying to say since this is all in Spanish.. But this is a very good example of why you didnt had a good time here - communication! First of all when you are not confident enough to speak English you shouldnt apply for volunteering in other countries, especially for a position where you need to talk to people a lot. And then second, if you dont understand the tasks or the way we work properly, please ask questions! Communication is key for a positive experience.

Generally great experience. Really practiced my scooter driving- if you love riding, this is a great choice! The days could be a bit long and exhausting, but it was cool getting to explore around the island. Facilities were nice with an apartment for the volunteers in the center of town, but a fridge would be nice. Overall, would recommend!

My stay at dreamhouse factory was very nice. The working hours were respected and the room was clean. I really enjoyed the time here and met many nice people. Thank you for the nice time!!!

First volunteering experience and such a cool one too ! Mo is a very nice host, always ready to answer your questions. The volunteer house was really nice as well. There's no fridge or stove but you'll be eating out most of the time as it's cheaper. The job is easy, helps you socialize and is a nice way to explore the island too ! The island itself is all about the parties but if you're more about chilling or exploring, there's plenty of places for you to do so.

Great stay! Work was nice as advertised same for the house. It looks like in the pictures. It is a lovely island. Also the 2 islands next to it are easy to get trough. Mo is nice and easy going also a benevolent person. I would come again.
