I had such calm relaxing time at comebackpacker hostel! The location is just perfect and you have all popular places and restaurants in walking area. Duties are really simple, and shift is also really flexible I would also really recommend to volunteers who is beginner English speaker here Gabi is really considerate and caring about volunteer, I could always feel relaxed and warm welcome with her . I never felt that much “home” at hostel before and I already miss her hostel a lot!!! Thank you so much for all your kindness Gabi!! I would definitely love to be back to your hostel again!!

Staying at Black Dog Hostel was fascinating. It's an incredible experience! You feel at home from the first moment you arrive, the atmosphere is perfect! The team welcomed me with great warmth and I think it is one of the most important things. Gabi is a person who are super committed and attentive to the volunteers. The tasks are simple and you can accommodate your work shifts with other volunteers without problems. If you are in Black Dog, you are in your home. I totally recommend this experience!

The good points are: location(you can do most of things walking), the staff Zsolt it is really nice and always give me local tips, don't have lot of work to do, usually just 2h really working. The bad points: you stay on same room with guests, as a woman I do not feel very comfortable as usually have more (or just) men guest, the breakfast is just eggs and bread, there are just a small kitchen as commum area, in general the hostel is not comfortable (bed, shower,cleaning). At the end, for me if you dont spend lot of time it is a ok experience, the city is really nice.

I'm grateful for the time I was able to spend at the hostel. It allowed me to get to know Budapest I was able to share time with others voluntieer. my first impression wasn't the best but, Those who make you feel comfortable are the volunteers themselves. It was great fun to face the situations that happen at the hostel in a different way, and to work as a team. Gabriela is kind and always asks about of the hostel and if you feel good with the task. She is always very attentive to what you may need.Overall, it's a nice place, in a half of the city with a good natural light to practice yog

Excellent experience! The people that I found were very Nice. The tasks are simple and easy. Gaby let the staff organize the schedule. the hostel is in the heart of downtown so everything is near.

Gabriela was a great host. She is very kind and open to listen her volunteers. I had an incredible experience in the hostel. I had the opportunity to stay in touch with local people and know more about the Hungarian culture. Thank you so much !!

La experiencia fue increíble, tuve oportunidad de estar con otros voluntarios latinos y eso hizo que la estadía se sintiera como un hogar, hice muy buenos amigos, Gabriela es muy amable y siempre esta atenta a lo que podamos necesitar, el trabajo no es nada complicado y siempre hay tiempo para poder convivir con los huéspedes y amigos, definitivamente me gustaría regresar

Tuve la oportunidad de ser voluntario en el Black Dog Hostel y fue una experiencia muy buena. Gabriella es muy amable y flexible con los turnos. Recomiendo este voluntariado, ya que permite interactuar con los huéspedes y mejorar el nivel de inglés. Además, el ambiente con los otros voluntarios es genial. Durante mis tres semanas en el hostal, tuve 2 días libres por semana, lo cual me dio tiempo suficiente para explorar Budapest y las ciudades cercanas. Las tareas eran sencillas. Compartimos habitación con los huéspedes, y aunque los colchones podrían mejorar, te acostumbras rápido.

It was a wonderful experience. I completed the tasks with fun and enjoyment. Gabriella Atilla and Zolt are wonderful people. I stayed for about 1 month. I left early due to work. But I will be back again. Thank you for everything Gabriella and Atilla. we will meet again :)
