Mine was an amazing experience. Gabriela was so accommodating and helpful. I had plenty of free time to explore and enjoy Budapest. The tasks at the hostel were very simple and easy. I'd really recommend this option to visit and volunteer in Hungary. I most probably will be back. Thank you!!

This was my first experience volunteering through this app, and I truly loved it. The other volunteers, the host, and the travelers made this volunteer experience a complete adventure. The tasks are very easy, including general cleaning of the place and welcoming travelers. Before and after the shift, there's plenty of free time since it's also summer and the days are long. A wonderful experience.

My experience as a volunteer at the hostel was excellent. The atmosphere is super friendly, even more so because I found many people who spoke Spanish. The tasks are very simple, and the agreed-upon work schedules are respected. Gabriella is very kind, and Szolt is a genius, always willing to help. The hostel is also super well-located, so everything is close enough to explore. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything, and I hope to return!

I had a really great time at Black Dog Hostel. Gabi is very caring and accommodating to any questions or needs. I know that if anything made me uncomfortable I could talk to her. The hostel is very well located and the tasks are easy. The shifts alternate from 12 -5pm and 5-10pm, and you can enjoy your time in budapest outside of your shift. Guests were both Hungarian and internationals and Gabi always makes sure that the guests were respectful. I met some very lovely people and had a really good time. Overall this was a great experience, especially as a first time volunteer!

The experience of this volunteering was pleasant, especially because of the people I met. The hostel is in a very central location so you can visit all the emblematic places on foot, but it is also very easy to use public transport. The tasks to be performed are very easy. The breakfast included is only a couple of eggs and bread. You will fall in love with this city!

I had such calm relaxing time at comebackpacker hostel! The location is just perfect and you have all popular places and restaurants in walking area. Duties are really simple, and shift is also really flexible I would also really recommend to volunteers who is beginner English speaker here Gabi is really considerate and caring about volunteer, I could always feel relaxed and warm welcome with her . I never felt that much “home” at hostel before and I already miss her hostel a lot!!! Thank you so much for all your kindness Gabi!! I would definitely love to be back to your hostel again!!
