My experience at the hostel was amazing, work hours were great I had plenty of time to explore London, location is an absolute prime area by Kensington park and undergrounds. Jake, and the office staff were very accommodating, understanding and respectful. Meals provided was great by talented Chefs :) I also got the opportunity to have met wonderful travelers from all parts of the world. I absolutely recommend this hostel 100%. BEST EXPEREIENCE EVER!

Mi experiencia en the hostel fue muy buena👌🤗 Laurent, Jacob y Carlota son amables y se trabaja muy a gusto con ellos al igual que con los voluntarios. La ubicación es perfecta porque estás a unos pasos de Hyde Park y varias rutas de transporte. La comida es buena y aunque en teoría sólo es desayuno (que consta de pan y cereal) y cena, en esta ultima te sirven porciones tan generosas que terminas teniendo suficiente para comer y para llevar😅 (en todos los cuartos hay frigobar para guardar tu comida)así que al final son las 3 comidas del día. Gracias por todo, espero volver algún día🫶

I loved the time I spent volunteering at the hostel. it was my first experience and I just have to thank. The food is good, the room is comfortable, the work of Housekeeping is not difficult and Jacob and Laurent are the best people.

La ubicación es increíble, a unos minutos caminando de Hyde Park, tienes paradas de autobus y el underground super cerca. Es increíble si quieres conocer a otros viajeros, el hostel se maneja con puros voluntarios por lo que es muy sencillo socializar. El lugar no es un hostel tal cual, los huéspedes viven ahí por temporadas largas y en ocaciones pueden llegar a ser muy groseros con los voluntarios porque se sienten dueños del lugar. Los horarios son fijos y se respetan perfectamente, la comida es buena y abundante.

It was my first volunteering and it was AMAZING. The hostel is so well located, near from Hyde park and everything you need. People there are really nice, and others volunteers too. The hostel is clean, and my room was comfortable. I worked in the dining room for diner and the schedules are very good to visit London during the day and to go out after at night. The manager is nice and can help you if you have any problems with your work, room or anything else. I really recommend to da volunteering in this hostel ! Thanks so much for this opportunity! A good experience is the correct answer. I learned a lot of things and I connect with many people. The guys that work properly at the hostel are okay, they have good communication and are very kind in many situations. I do recommend this volunteer for all the people that want an immersive and local lifestyle for a while. Thanks for everything the hostel. Oh, Laurent is the best person in the place, trust me.

My experience at the hostel was my third volunteering experience, and I loved it! The hostel is central and in one of the safest areas, and Hyde Park is literally outside the door. The tasks were easy and fair, and the managers were clear and available for any issue. The highlight of the experience was the team of volunteers I shared the month with: thanks to Marllon, Juan, Lorenzo, John, Samira, Caro, Juju, Gabi, Giovanna and all the other amazing people I met. I love you all, and I really hope to see you again!! :)

Laurrent, the manager is a really nice person! And so are the rest of the staff! The hostel is very well located, in Hydepark! And the hostel facilities are amwesome. We had amazng food everyday and the rooms are also really nice. I recommend to someone who would like to volunteer in London The tasks are easy and the hhours respected as agreed :)
