Mi experiencia en Londres no hubiese sido la misma sin el magnífico equipo del the hostel. En especial, le agradezco a Gigi y a Laurent por hacerme la estancia tan fácil y por integrarme en la familia. La ubicación era excelente para poder disfrutar de la ciudad y el host te ofrece lo que puedas necesitar. La habitación se comparte pero todo el mundo es muy respetuoso y el entorno es seguro.

I had an incredible time in the hostel. All the acomodation was great, the food very good, the people are awesome. Thanks Laurent and Jacob for all conversations and kindness. The shift was organized so I had time to explore the city and enjoy staying. Im very glad!

The hostel was really great experience! They are as My home in London, the manager very hand and all staff, I met a lot volunteers here and enjoy I enjoyed my shift in the kitchen.

This was my first experience as a volunteer And I would definitely do it again. It was an immersive experience. I didn't find any downsides. The hostel is really well located and finished the daily tasks that in my case were housekeeping you can enjoy the city . The people I met are the most beautiful aspect of this experience . The managers are very welcoming and helpful.

This was my second volunteering stay and definitely my favourite part of this trip so far! Some roles are easier, less disgusting, and enjoy more commodities than others, which may seem unfair. But trust me, despite not getting one of the nicest jobs myself, it was ABSOLUTELY worthwhile to endure it throughout my stay, as the TRUE GEM of this hostel is their volunteers! There's a GREAT sense of community amongst us, since we train the newcomers ourselves for their roles, teach them all about the facilities, and show them around the area, so you end up making friends from day 1 till your last!

The staff is super helpful and understandable. You are not treated as an employee, your volunteer status is respected. The work in the cleaning area is simple and because it's 3:00 am to 9:00 am, you don't even feel the time pass. Working in the kitchen is also super quiet. My room had a wardrobe, a fridge and microwave. The bed was super comfortable. The best part is the super attentive staff who are always willing to help. A lot obliges Laurent, Jacob and the Spanish girl whose name I forgot. I've had several experiences as a volunteer and this was the best!

It was a very good experience! The hostel has a great location, I was able to visit the main sights with a few minutes of walking. Working time is respected. Food is great. I managed to develop my English a little more and I met many people with their cultures and languages. I just had some communication problems with some guests. I would like to thank the whole team for all their support and hospitality, especially Laurent, Jacob, Eugenio and Daren.

My experience at the hostel was amazing, work hours were great I had plenty of time to explore London, location is an absolute prime area by Kensington park and undergrounds. Jake, and the office staff were very accommodating, understanding and respectful. Meals provided was great by talented Chefs :) I also got the opportunity to have met wonderful travelers from all parts of the world. I absolutely recommend this hostel 100%. BEST EXPEREIENCE EVER!

Mi experiencia en the hostel fue muy buena👌🤗 Laurent, Jacob y Carlota son amables y se trabaja muy a gusto con ellos al igual que con los voluntarios. La ubicación es perfecta porque estás a unos pasos de Hyde Park y varias rutas de transporte. La comida es buena y aunque en teoría sólo es desayuno (que consta de pan y cereal) y cena, en esta ultima te sirven porciones tan generosas que terminas teniendo suficiente para comer y para llevar😅 (en todos los cuartos hay frigobar para guardar tu comida)así que al final son las 3 comidas del día. Gracias por todo, espero volver algún día🫶

I loved the time I spent volunteering at the hostel. it was my first experience and I just have to thank. The food is good, the room is comfortable, the work of Housekeeping is not difficult and Jacob and Laurent are the best people.
