I just have to thank Niamh immensely for everything, always very helpful and polite! with an immense commitment to make us feel accepted and at home! In addition to Emily and Daniela who welcomed me with open arms and gave me all the support to make this experience incredible It was definitely the most productive and fun three weeks I could have at the hostel! the city of westport is very charming and the work is quiet even on weekends when the hostel is more crowded, we always do it as a team! I will definitely come back one day! Thank you so much the hostel❤❤

I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel, the three weeks I was there flew by. Niamh and Daniela are lovely and really make you feel welcome in Westport. The work is straight forward, easy to pick up and you are often finished early which leaves lots of time in the day to enjoy Westport. The volunteer facilities are really good and it's a great place to rest, explore and meet new people!

Niamh, the host it's amazing!! I really recommend this place. You will meet people from all over the world and know different cultures. The hostel is in the town so you can know the local culture in your days off. Niamh thank you very much again for all your support to me.

I stayed for 21 days in the hostel between February and March. I lived this experience in a empty moment, the hostel only opened on the weekend so, most of the time we had a quiet job to do. The job was housekeeping, painting and preparing the hostel to receive the guests and clean up after they left. The volunteer accommodation is nice and comfortable. We have a large shared kitchen and the meal is provided all week. Westport is a small town but you will have everything you need. To conclude, I need to say a big thank you to Niamh for trusting me and all moments we shared together.

My experience was amazing, I met others volunteers and I visited many sites in Ireland. Niamh was incredibly helpful and very generous if you have problems. The tasks are very easy and I had the lucky than the hostal is in low season. For this reason we didn't have too much work and we had many time free. Finally Westport is a beautiful town and have many pubs with live music.

The hostel was the best place I could've asked for for my first worldpackers experience. Niamh is a very kind and funny host with a great team behind her (thank you Daniela, Tom and Daniel). The work was easy to do and took less time than expected so you'll have a lot of time to explore or just relax afterward. The other volunteers were also wonderful, and I had a great time visiting Westport :) I highly recommend this placement, I hope I'll get to come back to Westport one day!

My experience in the hostel has been wonderful! I've made friends with other volunteers and I've met amazing people. Niamh has been attentive and caring, and the chores are really light and easy for the most part! Without a doubt, my first experience traveling with worldpackers couldn't have been better!! 🙏🏼

I loved my month in Westport! Niamh is such a fun, personable, and welcoming host. The work is reasonable and leaves plenty of time for exploring Westport and other areas of Ireland. The hostel attracts travelers from all over who are eager to talk and share. The only misleading thing about the listing is that only breakfast is physically provided, though you receive a weekly stipend for your other meals.

The hostel is an amazing experience and I am so happy that I was chosen to be apart of this opportunity. The team is kind, welcoming, and very friendly, and it felt like a small little family. Niamh is a great host; attentive and very caring and will always make sure that you are getting along well at the hostel. Daniella is the best receptionist out there, she is always excited to take us out on fun adventures and make sure that we are having fun while we do the work at the hostel. I would recommend this experience to anyone who would like to meet great people and have fun in Ireland.
