Foi minha primeira experiência fora do Brasil e estava apreensiva com o idioma, já que meu inglês é ainda muito ruim haha mas me surpreendi muito positivamente, fui muito bem recebida e acolhida por todas as outras voluntárias , conheci pessoas e vivi momentos incríveis. A anfitriã é um amor de pessoa 🥰 sempre incentiva a comunicação em inglês e nos estimula a praticar, mesmo errando e não entendendo tudo, isso para mim foi de grande apoio e aprendizado. O hostel é super bem localizado e a cidade é super charmosa e bonitinha. Sempre vou lembrar com muito carinho daqui e de todos ❤️ obrigada.

Gostei bastante da experiência! Foi o meu primeiro voluntariado e por isso ao inicio estava bastante assustada ahaha... Fico muito grata pela experiencia pois foram todos muito simpáticos e fizeram me sentir à vontade. O trabalho é bastante leve e por isso tive a oportunidade de conhecer bastantes sítios. Gostaria de saber como seria se o Hostel estivesse aberto, pois também gostaria de ter mais contacto com mais pessoas, outros voluntários, viajantes, etc. Foi uma viagem incrivel que nunca irei esquecer :)

Eu vim pra cá logo depois de ativar o seguro por conta de uma experiência ruim, e todos me acolheram super bem! O trabalho é tranquilo, o pessoal é muito amigável e tem paciência com quem não fala o inglês ou está aprendendo ainda. A cidade é pequena e muito charmosa, tem flores para todo o lado haha também há ônibus e você consegue conhecer a região. Recomendo muito!

My time at the hostel was amazing! Niamh is a lovely host — super funny, kind and always up for a chat. The tasks were easy to manage and since you never do them alone, they're done quickly. Which leaves plenty of time to explore beautiful Westport and the surrounding area. The best part was definitely the people, especially the other volunteers. We made a lot of funny and nice memories together and they quickly became like family to me. As this was my first volunteering experience, I couldn't have asked for a better place or host. Thank you!

I had an amazing time at the hostel. The hostel was nice and Westport is beautiful. Niamh and all the other volunteers are lovely and it felt like a home. The shared volunteers rooms were cozy and the work was pretty easy and scheduled. I would definitely recommend volunteering here.

I had a lovely stay at the hostel. Niamh is a great host and communication was very easy. The hours of work and tasks are just as agreed on- we actually always finished early. I had a really nice team and we worked together well. Also you will meet lots of different international travellers! The rooms are small but cozy. Only thing I disliked was the shower- which can be quite the challenge.. Other than that you must know that Westport is a really (nice but) small town. But there are other beautiful places around! If you can- come by car, the buses only arrive a few times a day.

Thank you for accepting me here in this hostel! The host is kind and she shared us her dishes with everyone which was wonderful 😊 I love hiking so I enjoyed walking to different places on my day offs and enjoyed Ireland!🇮🇪 Cooking is something I love so it was great to have a kitchen at a hostel to cook!! I loved when we shared or dishes 😋 I would recommend anyone to come to this place!! Thank you!🙏

This was my first time volunteering and I had an amazing experience at the hostel! The work was very easy and most days we finished early so we had a lot of free time to explore the surrounding areas. As soon as I arrived I felt very welcomed and during my stay I made some wonderful friends! Westport is a cozy town with an amazing atmosphere and I can't even describe how much I miss it.

I really enjoyed my time in Westport ...the work was easy, and I had plenty of time to do other things. Immersing myself in the culture was invaluable. The atmosphere and music in the pubs of this town are unique; you won't find them anywhere else in the world....the best part? I made lifelong friends, not just volunteers but locals as well...beside If you enjoy nature this is your place !
