Tília hostel foi minha primeira experiência como voluntária e ficará sempre marcada como a melhor, a anfitriã e toda equipe são maravilhosos e acolhedores. O hostel além de lindo é muito aconchegante, até nas folgas gostamos de passar o tempo lá!! Sou muito grata por essa experiência e espero voltar mais vezes, obrigada Jennifer e toda equipe ♥️

Minha experiência no hostel foi realmente transformadora para minha vida e viagem. A líder respeita os horários/tarefas e o staff é simplesmente incrível! Todos te fazem sentir em casa e parte da equipe. Foi uma ótima oportunidade de conhecer viajantes de todo o mundo, praticar meu inglês e me conectar com pessoas de culturas diferentes. Muito obrigada por essa vivência :)

Minha estadia no hostel foi excelente, desde o primeiro dia me senti em casa, todos foram maravilhosos, especialmente a Jennifer. A jornada de trabalho é bem flexível então dá pra aproveitar bastante a região. O albergue em si é maravilhoso, a Arquitetura fala por si só e está sempre bem mantido e limpo e o staff é maravilhoso com os guests e voluntários.

Trabalhar no hostel foi a minha primeira experiência como voluntária. E sou imensamente grata a Jeniffer por ter me aceitado. Que lugar maravilhoso! Já sinto falta de todos! Um ambiente sensacional com staffs maravilhosos. Todos estão sempre dispostos e te ajudar e com toda a paciência para te explicar o funcionamento do hostel. Trabalhei na parte da limpeza e na recepção. Um ambiente descontraído mas com todo o cuidado e com o dever de prover uma experiência única aos hóspedes. Muito obrigada por tudo Jeniffer! Vocês são maravilhosos!

Meu tempo de voluntaria no hostel foi incrível, muito aprendizado, imersão de cultura conhecer pessoas do mundo todo, passou tão rápido que nem percebi o tempo passar e chegamos ao final de um ciclo de uma jornada que vou guardar e contar de uma forma carinhosa. Jennifer foi super atenciosa, flexível com horário, me recebeu muito bem, fico muito grata pela oportunidade e ter me permitido fazer parte da equipe a claudia, o Gonçalo a Vera e ainda ficamos bem amigas das outras duas voluntaria Daniela e Mariza vou levar para vida toda. Cozinhamos, saímos para night nos divertimos bastante.

Sem dúvidas, o melhor hostel em que já estive. Foi uma ótima experiência, a Jennifer sempre foi muito aberta e tranquila com tudo, me senti muito confortável com toda a equipe, são todos pessoas incríveis dispostos a ensinar e mesmo em pouco tempo pude tirar muito aprendizado. O trabalho é tranquilo, foi basicamente recepção, eu ajudei também com as redes sociais e produção de conteúdo. Eu recebi pelo café da manhã e tinha também café e chás livre. O hostel é o mais lindo em que já estive, tem uma estrutura incrível e fica bem no centro perto de tudo! Obg o hostel

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel. The work hours were quite easy and the work not too demanding. The working hours were suitable and I got a lot of free time to explore different cities in the surroundings. I also had time to visit other cities and stay there for a few nights. The staff team was great and really cared about the volunteers. I had a fantastic time with my fellow volunteers and I became close friends with many of them <3. Thank you Jennifer for hosting me and I will definitely be back to visit the hostel again! :)

I had such a good experience volunteering at the hostel! The work was fair and easy to learn, and I always had plenty of time to explore Faro and visit other places around the Algarve. The atmosphere is fun and the other volunteers quickly felt like friends. I met so many great people here that I know I'll stay in touch with. If you want a chill and social volunteer experience with time to enjoy the area, I definitely recommend the hostel. I loved my time here and I would definitely come back!

The hostel is a home for me. I've been a volunteer there twice and I can only say the best about the hostel and people there. If you're looking for a chill, friendly, cozy enviroment, amazing people to meet, this is the place to go to. As for work, everything is well organized, if something doesn't fit, they will make sure to find a solution. Jennifer is a really good and kind host, always trying to meet everyone's needs, as well as the people who work there. The best part is, but be careful..once you're there, people will become part of the family and it will be hard to say goodbye :)

I would absolutely recommend volunteering at the hostel! The staff made me feel welcome from the very beginning, and I had a great time getting to know my fellow volunteers. The work was fair and the schedule is very accommodating. It gave me plenty of free time to explore Faro, and other surrounding cities as well! The Fall is the slower season which I enjoyed but if you are looking for a more social vibe, I would recommend volunteering in the Summer. I hope to come back to the hostel one day <3
