The Experience

Hi everyone! We are looking for friendly volunteers to help out in our beautiful hostel located in Faro - Portugal. Duties include reception, cleaning, housekeeping shifts, help with hostel events and night shifts. They are distributed based on skills, motivation and preferences. Had the best experience during my month at the hostel! Everyone working there is amazing, super welcoming and they make it very easy to truly feel at home! I worked night shift and found the hours perfect for me but all the shifts leave plenty of time to explore Faro and the south of Portugal! So many opportunities to interact with the staff, volunteers and guests and meet cool people from around the world, thank you the hostel crew for an amazing month ❤️

I had the best time ever, highly recommended!! The hostel it's a beautiful building, the facilities are great, everything it's very clean and tidy. A lot to do around here, so many nice places to visit and to enjoy the beach everyday. The team was so friendly and everyone was really nice. Specially Jennifer, it's a great host and very flexible and helpful if you need anything! If you thinking about going to Faro, don't even think bout going somewhere else than the hostel! 😁

I absolutely loved my time in the hostel and everyone was super friendly and welcoming, it felt like a second home:) Unfortunately i had to leave early as i became unwell but everyone was so understanding.I will miss volunteering here so much.
